First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals reviews in St. Augustine Beach, Florida

“We had a wonderful honeymoon at Marty’s condo. Everything was easy, Marty was responsive when we needed something, and we had direct access to the beach!”

“Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the refrigerator. Marty responded immediately to our texts. A repair person arrived first thing the next morning. Thanks! This was our second stay at this property. We look forward to staying there again.”

“Great stay”

“Great place”

“Marty's place was an amazing, peaceful, and beautiful location to stay close to St. Augustine. The beach was literally a few minute walk away, the pool area at the complex is gorgeous, and the condo was clean and accommodating. We loved the two big bedrooms with king-sized beds (very comfy and cozy)! Marty was extremely responsive and even graciously answered questions I would have found myself had I read all the instructions carefully :) If you love the beach, and you love the option of solitude, this is the place. Also, if you are interested in driving on the beach - this is the PERFECT location. Drive in spot right there, with easy off "exits" close by. Say hi to Nick from Liverpool at the gate - he's a gent! I can't say enough about the beach being RIGHT THERE. It was amazing and I can't wait to go back!”
