“Had an amazing experience with Vacation Rentals. They were easy to communicate with, they were fast to respond and were constantly checking on us making sure we were comfortable. The property was clean and newly renovated. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.”

“This is a beautiful spot on the ocean, and it was nice that the unit overlooked the ocean. That was a perk. A few things: 1) There is one elevator at one end of the building, so if you have mobility challenges, it will be long walk to get to the other end of the building. Elevator is near the office on the end by the road versus the end by the ocean. 2) There is an outdoor security light that hangs right out side the bedroom window and there are no curtains, so it made it a bit hard to sleep. 3) The pools are only open from May through September which wasn't advertised, so we had one very disappointed 5 year old when we got there and found there was no pool to use. 4) The heating system was broken, so it was 62 degrees in our room for the first night. But they did bring a space heater the next day and reimbursed a bit of our cost for the inconvenience. Besides these concerns, it's a beautiful spot and a great time of year to go if you don't want to be around a lot of crowds.”

“Beautiful home great stay”

“EVR was very responsive and check-in/out was easy. I didn't realize just how small the unit was, but it worked. The issue is that there was quite a bit of hair behind the commode lid upon check in. Later in the day, we found two ticks in the bathtub. I took pictures and emailed EVR. A cleaning crew came out the next day and cleaned. Later that night I found another tick in the bathtub and again the next morning (day of check out) I found another tick. Overall, the place was fine for our needs.”

“They advertised description of the property said that there were three heated pools (regular pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub), and I confirmed before I booked that they were open during our visit. They confirmed, and actually insisted into the second day of three day booking that they were open. They were not, they were closed and covered for the season. The whole reason we booked that place was for those heated pools. There were two young children and the kiddie pool would have been prefect, as well as the other pool and hot tub would have been for the adults, as an option if it was cold at the beach. It was a rare opportunity for our two sons and their families to all be together, and again, we selected THAT property for those pools, and confirmed ahead that they would be open. Very disappointing misadvertised property. I will say, otherwise the property was nice, and the location was great.”

“Sadly, this place was not clean. It looks as if it was not cleaned since the last guests were there. There were used dirty towels laying in bathroom, dirty dishes in dishwasher, opened food in fridge, trash in trashcans. The floors were not swept. When we got there, we slept them ourselves, & got quite a bit of dirt up. The location is great...walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The living room is open & full of windows to let the light in. Nice kitchen. Perhaps the cleaning agency missed cleaning for some reason. ?? It would not be a bad place if it was clean.”
