“Overall the place was exactly what we needed and a great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants/shops. We had one major issue though: Parking. It was not explained that they have a designated parking spot, it wasn't included in the check-in instructions. I noticed another review about the parking so when we arrived I sent them a picture that someone else was in our spot and showed them where we parked. They said for now to just leave it as is. That car parked in our spot for 2 days, then once it moved, we received a call while we're at the beach (with small children) that we needed to move our car immediately or we'd be towed. I explained I couldn't just leave, especially when that car was in our spot for 2 days... They called me back and said they spoke with the HOA and they'd tow us if I didn't move it right away. I left the beach, moved the car. No one parked in the spot we were in for another 2 days... This was a major inconvenien and super frustrating (also unnecessary).”

“When I booked the place, it says about four people you can stand when I went there no blanket or anything provided for the sofa so I had to go outside to buy the blankets the sheets and everything if you advertising something for four people, you must provide the minimum thanks and then when I ask about thousand thousand provided nothing was provided on Airbnb where is the first time I see something like this booking Airbnb for a long time was dirty filthy and no pillows or providers for the sofa so like I said most of the stuff that I have to stay there let’s pay for the blanket Store pillows. Everything else I had to purchase in order to stay there for three days please specify everything before your end. Anything over there thank you.”

“When I got there the room smelled bad. I spent three days there. The TV was broken, and the Wi-Fi was horrible. I had three kids with me. The first day, I asked to fix the TV for my kids and got no response. I asked again on the second day and got no response. I even sent emails and no response. (Don't recommend)”

“Great location right off the beach. Includes a parking spot which is convenient. The place is overall old and feels dirty because it's old. They don't provide linens or towels, but you can opt for a package which is expensive. We forgot our linens and towels and when we asked for a package they said they would deliver it, but did not let us know they couldn't until late at night that day. Luckily there is a Walmart nearby so was easy to pick them up. It felt they were trying to nickel and dime everything. They offered a later check out, and when we asked to make use of it, they said it would be $50. Many other Airbnbs provide these services at no extra charge. Otherwise, communication was quick. Overall, good location if you don't care so much about the space you are sleeping in.”

“it was a good value for what we got. beach was very walkable, but about a 25 min walk to the meat of the boardwalk. the pool on property was great, clean and fairly private. i wish the condo was cleaned and put together a little better. only 4 parking spots on the property but we were able to grab them most nights. we had 4 guests, but i would say its more comfortable for 2 people. also very nice neighbors :)”
