“The space was great. There wasn't any information as to the amenities and how to get there. I suggest a can opener and sharpened knives.”

“A fabulous villa used for a group of 8 of us staying while visiting Disney. Spacious and clean and exactly as described. Good communication. Easy check in and check out. We had a great time. .”

“The place was in a perfect area and when we needed help they were quick to remedy the issue, but the place has very few towels and we had to purchase sheet trays, toilet paper, paper towels, hot mits, coffee filters and a bunch of other simple amenities… If they were fully provided then this would have been an easy 5 star review. I would still highly recommend this place.”

“This house was extremely dissapointing and advise NOONE book it. Toilet were blocked, requested it to be fixed, it was not, had to do myself! Drains blocked. Stained linen. Broken screen doors. Broken lounge, which wasn’t the first time according to the host! Broken bed, had no slats! Ensuite carpet was soaked in water and couldn’t use. Left me with allergies Stained carpet Dirty walls Mouldy showers No coat hangers. No tea towels The entire property needs a GOOD MAKE OVER and it was embarrassing staying there with my staff. Had I of known ,( yet only to date found this out, after my complaint to AIR BNB), that leaving the property with some form of compensation was an option, I would have left the night we arrived.This house was extremely dissapointing and advise NOONE book it. Felt AIR BNB supported the host on this and not the guest. Not acceptable! Book else where and don't waste your money .”

“The house was nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Internet worked great. The house wasn’t an issue.. the maintaining of the house was our issue. Blackstone and gas grill were missing but put in the listing. No charcoal for the other grill which was said to be provided in the listing. Ice machine didn’t work and we found a review from dec saying the same. Many outlets didnt work. Dishwasher needed to be reset after most uses. Master bed lock would stick. Hot tub smelled like sewage when we turned the jets in. Water was also dirty. Fire place came on sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. I brought up a few issues and got an initial apology but nothing to try and make anything right or any refunds. The house is nice and peaceful but it needs to be maintained better.”

“I wanted to say, it was a good location, and big enough for all of us. The problem I had was the cleanliness and the response of what was gonna be done. I gave them photos and they told me that they were gonna just talk to their staff. We had to wash sheets ourselves after a night one because how disgusting they were and then in their checkout instruction is don’t touch them. We sent photos and nothing was done, then they finally brought us a trash bag outside in the rain. We already spoke to Airbnb support. My last thing is, he’s the trash situation. They do not give us enough trash space there’s 20 people in the house with all the trash and you give us one garbage.”

“Guard gate instructions were not clear when we arrived. Should Have told us the correct entrance to get in Also party with many kids in the street from eleven a m till five a m security finally showed up at 4:30 am horns beeping loud music ,kids screaming and cars racing back-and-forth up-and-down the street. Not your fault, but security stinks there did not get sleep saturday night also, Wi-Fi was out from Wednesday till Friday.”

“I booked this cabin as a wedding gift for my sister. We were thrilled with the peacefulness of the location, and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub, and swinging chair just outside the cabin. The beds, however, were so uncomfortable our backs were actually hurting when we woke up. Adding additional insult to injury, there were short hairs on our pillows, likely from pets, that triggered my allergies and further impacted my sleep quality. My guests and I don’t have pets to avoid allergy triggers, so it was a very upsetting experience. There was also a TV that didn’t turn on in one guest room. My guests and I had a quaint stay overall, and we appreciated the peace and tranquility we had to connect with nature, as well as the beauty of the cabin. However, I believe for the price I paid, the beds should’ve been comfortable, all electronics should have been functional, and the cleanliness should have been a top priority.”

“after driving over 1500 miles with 5 children we were extremely excited to checkin and get some rest with the assumption we could do early check in as that is what we were sent in a message that day! however we were told no early check in ok, we were frustrated but understood checkin was at 4 so we got through the gate and the cleaning crew was still there! they were not even close to being done and we had to tell them to get out 5 because we had just had enough we were paying to stay and we had food in the car children! all the dishes in the cabinets were dirty the bed was wet and the pool guy came on Monday put chlorine in and said give it an hour then you can swim, all kids got a rash! the water from shower smelt the door didnt lock properly, and were not given instructions on how to properly lock the door. the outside was visible from almost every door with bugs coming in. very disappointed we have rented several times through air bnb and never had this happen!”

“The location was great . At first everything was okay . But it needs to get exterminated because there were roaches everywhere . Even inside the fridge. The pool was okay but the hot tub was very cold despite paying for it to be heated . When you seat on the bed it brakes . Frame only The pool table had broken sticks. The air hockey table was there but no air. The kitchen drawers were held up by tape . And when they came to “fix” it they just added more tape.”
