“Stayed at Andy’s place for a 7‑day Disney trip with 9 other adults. Pros: Great price for the location, amenities, and size of the home. The house was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated. The variety of mattresses (firm, soft, higher profile, etc.) worked well for different sleep preferences. Having so many attached bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool was clean, worked perfectly. Also, the listing clearly states you only get a starter supply of toiletries, it’s a big house, so bring your own. Not sure why some reviews complain about that. Cons: The water had a strong odor from all faucets and showers. The TV remotes were missing batteries or had taped backs and didn’t work, and the cable boxes were mismatched so many TVs couldn’t connect. There was some normal wear on the furniture, but everything was still comfortable. The air hockey table didn’t work, and the pool table cues had no tips. We were here for Disney so the issues didn’t matter. I would recommend Andy & property!”

“My family made our yearly trip to the Orlando area for Allstar Cheerleading Worlds. This is our 2nd year staying in the Champions Gate area. Andy's unit was just as we expected. We loved the layout, the option to have the pool heated - especially since some of the days were cooler and the kids wanted to swim no matter what! We had no issues at all during our stay. The few times I had questions I received a response in a very timely manner. Andy's place will be on our list to look for when we inevitably make our trip down again next year.”

The adding guest part was a bit frustrating but the host helped me out as much as possible. I would definitely stay at this property again if the chance presented itself.
