“Beautiful house, wish we would have added on the heated feature for the pool and jacuzzi. Overall we had an amazing time.”

“The house was beautifully designed with very intricate detail HOWEVER - the home absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke (it was listed as non smoking) - the movie theater tv was broken and displayed a pixelated screen - the popcorn machine was broken - the movie theater area/chairs were littered with food and wrappers - the grill was locked and not able to be used by guests even though it was pictured in the listing - I paid extra to have a hot tub heated, there in fact is no hot tub Despite communicating all of this to the host, he was not helpful at all in trying to rectify any of these issues while we were there. As for the resort, the overwhelming smell of marijuana and loud music was not conducive to a family with small children. We ended up leaving after 12 hours of being in the home. The host was not helpful in trying to get us a refund, although air bnb support ended up getting me all of my money back. We were so disappointed and my children had their vacation ruined.”

“We had a great time staying here. House is about beautiful. Only issue we had was that the ice machine never quite made enough ice. May want to think about picking up a bag of ice to have on hand.”

“We love the stay, the house is big enough for five of us. All these dishes, pots, etc are well-equipped and very easy for us to cook and enjoy the meal. The location is great, and very close to Disney but a bit far away from Universal. But overall, it was a great experience for us!”

“Andy was super responsive. House was fantastic and the rooms were super fun! Themed kid rooms were amazing! Registering every vehicle through the resorts site was a little tedious, but the QR codes got us in the gates easily every time. The only real complaints we had were the lack of basic items. The house sleeps 17 and has five bathrooms and a pool. We were left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. A total of 9 shower towels and three pool towels. No paper towels, napkins, wash rags. One dish towel. Enough soap for one run of the dishwasher. No laundry soap. A small bar of soap for each bathroom. If you are unable to bring these things you might need to make purchases to get you through your stay. I arrived earlier than everyone else and most of us drove in, so I was able to relay back to my housemates some things to bring to minimize the need for us to go out and spend money. Having stayed at numerous AirBnB’s we felt these amenities were a little lacking.”
