“5 stars for the house. 1 star for the beach area. Positives: lovely house perfect for a family of four. Two bikes included / clean. As described. Responsive management company. Negatives: if you came here for the beach, be aware that you are surrounded by two private beaches on either side and the tiny sliver of beach remaining is shared by the whole community (including those across the street). The chair company sets up chairs in 80% of the tiny area and rents 4 for $150/day (of which 60% go unused). The limited area remaining is so full, it goes 4-5 rows deep. I've been coming to 30A for 25 years - never seen anything like it. We opted to drive our golf cart (which can't be parked anywhere in Rosemary or Alys, FYI) to the closest public access to escape the crowds. If you want a quiet beach stay - I would definitely not recommend this property (this goes for all homes in this community). I'd recommend staying closer to Seaside proper.”

“This house in Santa Rosa Beach — Daydream Believer (Seagrove) — was absolutely fantastic! Nestled away in a quiet, family- and dog-friendly neighborhood, this was everything we had hoped for. The house was awesome! It was very clean and beautifully decorated, giving it that warm, inviting feel that makes you feel right at home. It’s also even bigger on the inside than we gathered from the pictures online. The LSV was the perfect addition and made getting to the local restaurants and beach access incredibly easy. Even the grocery store is well within striking distance. There were a few minor things unrelated to the house that we needed to address, and I only mention them because the host management team, Exclusive 30A, was great. Any questions I had, they responded within minutes and made sure we were completely taken care of. This place is stunning, and we will certainly be back. 5/5 experience!”

“This home is beautiful and comfortable, and was perfect for our family vacation. I think it's actually more beautiful in person than in the photos. The scale of the kitchen and ceiling height throughout makes the common gathering areas very accommodating and comfortable. I actually really like that there were alarms on the exterior screen doors leading to the pool because we have 2 young children who are not strong swimmers. That was nice for us. The pool was very comfortable and when there was a storm one night that put debris into the pool, the a pool cleaner came the next day to clean the pool. I did not know the property had a pack n' play in an upstairs closet, which I would have used if I had known (we rented one instead). The golf cart is 10000% necessary and very nice. We had a wonderful time and we appreciate the owners sharing their property with us!”

“My wife and I agreed that this may be the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Everything was perfect. Right beside the best pool in seaside. We agreed this was perfect for us and we would recommend and definitely stay here again! Hosts were responsive and great to deal with!”

“This was a five-star experience in every sense. The property was exactly as described, check-in was incredibly easy, and the host made everything feel simple and well-managed. The property was exactly what we hoped for: a short walk to the beach, a comfortable setup for our large family, and thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel easy from day one (golf cart, shared pool, comfortable beds, large main suite, high end appliances, outdoor grill, beach chairs and beach towels).”

“This place is a total hidden gem that feels way more private and cozy than a basic rental. It has huge windows for awesome daylight and zero annoying traffic noise. The whole space is filled with unique art and cool furniture instead of cheap beach junk, giving it a great vibe. Honestly, the absolute best part for us was the second-story mattress porch swing, but there are so many wonderful things like the garage doors, private pool, golf cart, and bikes in the driveway with easy access. The beds are amazing with super comfortable sheets that keep you cool at night and easy to use washer & dryer. We loved having so many bedrooms, nearly all with private bathrooms (except the bunk room, which was no inconvenience). This is a luxurious home with great, thoughtful features. An extra touch: the host knew we were arriving late and left the air going, blinds open, and lights streaming out. Loved that! We’d absolutely stay again and only wished we could have stayed longer!”

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! It was the perfect place for our mother/daughter trip celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. The location was perfect and we never needed a car. It was an easy walk to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The beach access was also close and convenient. The condo was very clean, and the beds and linens were so comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Just a heads up that beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and a cooler are not provided, so plan to bring your own or explore the concierge service offered if you’ll be spending time at the beach.”
