Exclusive 30A reviews in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

“Great place right on the beach. 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas setup each day for you. Nice, clean property in a great location. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great stay at this WaterColor home! It was perfect for our family—very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having the golf cart to get around, and the dedicated office space was a huge plus for getting some work done during our stay. The home was well equipped with great amenities, and communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to other families visiting WaterColor!”

“Great location. Right above Wine World -fantastic food and just 800 ft to the beach. Lighthouse loft smelled great and was very clean. Exclusive 30 A was very good about responding to texts. I am in a wheelchair so we had to move furniture. Other than that, we have a terrific stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Spice and can’t wait to visit again! The location is spectacular, only steps away from the beach. The home is easy to find was the perfect size for us. The hosts are incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. Can’t beat it. Will absolutely be returning.”
