“We absolutely loved this gem! The place was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and private. The beach is steps away and is lovely. The views of the ocean from the balconies and primary bedroom are spectacular. We enjoyed biking to nearby Seaside for gelato. A great Publix is very nearby. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. We will most definitely be back!”

“5 stars for the house. 1 star for the beach area. Positives: lovely house perfect for a family of four. Two bikes included / clean. As described. Responsive management company. Negatives: if you came here for the beach, be aware that you are surrounded by two private beaches on either side and the tiny sliver of beach remaining is shared by the whole community (including those across the street). The chair company sets up chairs in 80% of the tiny area and rents 4 for $150/day (of which 60% go unused). The limited area remaining is so full, it goes 4-5 rows deep. I've been coming to 30A for 25 years - never seen anything like it. We opted to drive our golf cart (which can't be parked anywhere in Rosemary or Alys, FYI) to the closest public access to escape the crowds. If you want a quiet beach stay - I would definitely not recommend this property (this goes for all homes in this community). I'd recommend staying closer to Seaside proper.”

“Everything about the stay and house was great! Not directly related to the Airbnb or hosts but we had a little trouble with the beach concierge service because my husband reached out to them but the Airbnb was booked under my name so they weren’t responding at first and then they didn’t take week of reservations, we ended up being able to walk up first thing in the morning but chairs were definitely filling up early! Super convenient location right between Rosemary and Alys beach areas.”

“This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family of five. Everything was as pictured and described. Also, the proximity to the private beach couldn’t be better and it prevented the need for any long walks with beach gear or waiting for a local tram. A couple of available beach chairs at the home allowed us to avoid the daily rentals at the beach. Highly recommend this home. We will be back.”
