“The apartment was exactly as described, and perfect for our short getaway. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is across the street, and there is a pedestrian crossing on the same block. Mark was wonderful to work with as he replied to messages super quick and made the check in process very easy!”

“We were in town for a graduation and decided to make a beach pit stop. This home was absolutely beautiful and even better than the photos. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Mark was very quick and responsive. The small issue was handled wonderfully. The pool was an amazing feature we enjoyed. Only “issue” we had was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were very firm/hard but this could definitely be a personal preference issue. Overall highly recommend this home!”

“Mark was very responsive and helpful. The cottage was cute and the view from the back porch of the ocean was beautiful. You cannot beat walking out of the back door and taking a few steps along the private walkway to the sugary-white sand. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”

“What an amazing spot! We always come to Indian Rocks and use the 10th ave entrance so to find a beautiful fun art deco airbnb right across the street was a dream. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever been in an Airbnb and I cannot express that enough! The patio was wonderful to hangout on. Wow the family all enjoyed it! Mark was wonderful and checked in as well. Thank you! We will be staying again for sure!”

“My fiancé and I booked a beach trip and rented Mark’s place. I have to say the entire experience was perfect. It was very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and it was a very peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and proactive about addressing any potential questions. He was a great host! One thing I will say is that the parking is a bit tight (which we expected based on the prior reviews) so keep that in mind if you plan on booking this wonderful place.”
