“We had a very nice stay at Mark’s place. We were in Tampa for a graduation ceremony and it provided the space we needed during our down time. The accommodations were just as represented on the listing. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything one could need. Plenty of linens were provided but it was nice to have the washer and dryer available if needed. The home is in an older neighborhood but it, along with other renovated homes and new builds, are enhancing the area. We felt very safe, had ample parking, and no problems with the neighbors. It is in a convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodations, the ease of check in, and the communication with Mark. We would definitely rent from Mark again.”
