“The house was exactly how it is shown in pictures. We have 5 boys over the age of 15. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool/ping pong table, dart board and pool. My only suggestion would be to hang a rod in the master closet for clothes and to have more supplies for storing food in the fridge. We cooked or brought home leftovers overs and there was no place to put remainders. Everything else was wonderful. At one point the shower drain got clogged and the owner had the plumber there the very next day. We enjoyed this house a lot!”

“We stayed at this house for a weekend. We liked how clean it was. The kitchen was very organized and had everything you needed. The pool was a good temperature and the perfect size for our family. Only issue we had was that it was a bit hot at night. We mentioned this to Mark and he lowered the AC a bit more. He was responsive to our needs, and we appreciated that. This house its really close to Indian Rocks beach but about 30 min from St. Pete beach so keep that in mind. Overall, a great house for what we needed.”
