Eden Crest Vacation Rentals
4.58Visit website
Eden Crest Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.58 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It was great until the day we were to leave. We woke up and there was no water. We called and reported it around 7am and the person who answered the phone took the information, said she would contact maintenance, and call us back. We never heard from anyone. We packed our things, cleaned the best we could, and left. We understand mechanical issues, but not calling us back was very inconsiderate. Since we didn’t know what was going on, we left earlier than we wanted to.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from beginning to end. The cabin was not properly maintained or cleaned. The grass badly needed to be cut, making it very difficult to access and enjoy the creek. Inside, the floors were dirty, the bed sheets were stained, one of the beds was damaged and unusable, and there were urine stains that should have been cleaned. What made the experience even worse was how management handled our concerns. We contacted them about the issues during our stay and did notify them in a timely manner. Despite that, we were told afterward that we had not reported the problems soon enough. For an over $800 stay, we were only given a $200 refund, which did not feel like an appropriate resolution given the condition of the property. We were hoping for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing cabin experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the lack of meaningful assistance from management left us very disappointed.”airbnb

“Positives: • Lots of space, our group of 14 could spread out. • Large Bedrooms & En-Suite Bath • Ample parking • Pool nearby all enjoyed • Nicely furnished Negatives • Live Scorpions was an alarming Issue especially when two were present inside the cabin. •. Severe shortage of kitchen Linens •. Neglected outdoor porch area Cobwebby porch and chairs •. Low quality bathroom Products. Cabin has great potential but management urgently needs to address pest control (scorpions) And upgrade bath amenities and ensure outdoor porches receive regular cleaning. Until those issues are resolved, future guests should pack bug spray and extra kitchen towels. Spacious and beautiful property but major pest and supply issues need fixing.”airbnb

“We were packing up the car and about to leave, as checkout is 10am, and at 9:55am we were locked out of the house. Our phones and our dog were locked inside. The passcode no longer worked. Luckily the door to the hot tub hadn’t yet been locked so my husband jumped the fence and was able to get inside. He called the number and the guy was very rude and dismissive.”airbnb

“Overall it was a nice place. I did feel misled by a few things and was a little frustrated at first. It appeared that the pool was with our location, but ended up being a community pool. I also thought it was inconvenient to have to go outside and down steep steps to get to the game room theater. I am glad I did not have little children otherwise I would not let them go down alone. We ended up not having air conditioning for several of the days on the top level where my 80yr parents stayed, it was very difficult especially since the temp was 87 degrees inside. We were given 2 portable units, that did not work well. The cable TV did not run properly either, so that was also an issue that never got resolved. Those were the 2 main reasons why my parents went, so they can relax and watch some good movies while we all went to attractions. I hope they fix all of that before the next guest come. They were horrible at any resolution and always responded with we will let management know.”airbnb

“views are beautiful. good location. Game room is not accessible from main home but by another door on the side of the house. However the bugs are absolutely horrible. We found MANY live and dead bugs in every single room. In the corners, smushed on the stairs & webs everywhere. While there many of us including KIDS woke up with bites. We assumed mosquito bites due to being outside. once home I started finding smaller black / reddish bugs on blankets and inside my luggage. Pretty sure they are bed bugs. I have videos to show management. This home needs an exterminator! Also within minutes of arriving we noticed MANY maintenance issues. AC unit out making top floor 97 degrees and unusable the first 5 hours, wasps nest, broken toilets, broken ice maker in kitchen and a fridge that didn’t stay cool. WiFi sucks even after trouble shooting. Host was responsive in fixing AC fast however i asked for compensation for the inconveniences was told they would get back to me and their team never did”airbnb

“Gorgeous views, lots of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, dining room table big enough for a crowd, lots of porch rocking chairs, awesome game room!!! Cons: there is NO vent in the upstairs bedroom only the single vent in the upstairs bathroom, the bedroom gets quite warm up there makes it hard to sleep at night. Maintenance was supposed to bring fans to help but never did. The dryer was not working had to get maintenance to come fix it and fill the hot tub up so it wouldn't shoot water half way across the deck when turning the jets on. If more then 1 person showered at a time the others would lose water altogether!!! When opening the upstairs bedroom door be careful it hits the TV on the wall right behind it, it's an accident waiting to happen. The living room furniture comfy but very dated.”airbnb

“Took my family for spring break and was extremely disappointed! Very spacious cabin, but pictures are VERY inaccurate. Beds, weren’t comfortable, both pinball machines, and the arcade style driving game was broken. Hot tubs had not been cleaned, AT ALL! nor did the company send anyone out to clean it during our stay. Basketball goal in the pool area was broken and rusted, meaning it’s been that way for a while.”airbnb

“The first night of the trip, the lock didn’t work. I messaged the owner and didn’t receive a response until the next morning at 9am. It was so bad that Airbnb forced them to give me a full refund even though their policy states “no refunds”. The location was terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. It was also up a hill with no decent parking. I had to back out of the driveway because there was no place to turn around. Would not recommend booking this place.”airbnb
