“Beautiful cabin in a quiet neighborhood The space was clean and they started us off with some basic essentials. It was great being close to the lake and within a 20 minute drive to restaurants and attractions. While the check in instructions were clear, there was no information left regarding check out instructions. We followed the typical protocol we would at any other Airbnb but it would've been nice to know ahead of time On a similar note, it would have been super helpful to have had a map of the resort. Took us some time to find the dumpster and figure out where everything was. Having a list of personal recommendations of restaurants and attractions would have added a nice touch. There was the option to download an app but I didn't want to download a new app to find a restaurant nearby. Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us”

“views are beautiful. good location. Game room is not accessible from main home but by another door on the side of the house. However the bugs are absolutely horrible. We found MANY live and dead bugs in every single room. In the corners, smushed on the stairs & webs everywhere. While there many of us including KIDS woke up with bites. We assumed mosquito bites due to being outside. once home I started finding smaller black / reddish bugs on blankets and inside my luggage. Pretty sure they are bed bugs. I have videos to show management. This home needs an exterminator! Also within minutes of arriving we noticed MANY maintenance issues. AC unit out making top floor 97 degrees and unusable the first 5 hours, wasps nest, broken toilets, broken ice maker in kitchen and a fridge that didn’t stay cool. WiFi sucks even after trouble shooting. Host was responsive in fixing AC fast however i asked for compensation for the inconveniences was told they would get back to me and their team never did”

“Shower heads in most of the showers not working well. Lacking kitchen cook ware no frying pan Pool filter was not working.”

“Amazing views. Only two steep roads going to cabin. Cabin was nice and clean. Few issues though but overall nice. One of the main issues I had was how dangerous the wood floors are. Beyond slippery maybe from the wax I don’t know but hard to walk on them. The two upstairs tv don’t work….”

“Gorgeous views, lots of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, dining room table big enough for a crowd, lots of porch rocking chairs, awesome game room!!! Cons: there is NO vent in the upstairs bedroom only the single vent in the upstairs bathroom,the bedroom gets quite warm up there makes it hard to sleep at night. Maintenance was supposed to bring fans to help but never did. The dryer was not working had to get maintenance to come fix it and fill the hot tub up so it wouldn't shoot water half way across the deck when turning the jets on. If more then 1 person showered at a time the others would lose water altogether!!! When opening the upstairs bedroom door be careful it hits the TV on the wall right behind it, it's an accident waiting to happen. The living room furniture comfy but very dated.”

“Great location cabin was dirty, broken window shades,widows filthy,door knob to downstairs fell off had no screws,sink knobs in 2 bathrooms fell off. Barbecue grill falling apart, spa was dirty,only 1 set of towels per bathroom not enough to accommodate the guests, only 1 dish towel .Never picked up garbage for a 5 day stay. Game room games broken, there is more just dont have time right now.I have been going to Sevierville for around 15 years now and Eden Crest is by far the worst cabin to date. I would not recommend Eden Crest to anyone.”

“Took my family for spring break and was extremely disappointed! Very spacious cabin, but pictures are VERY inaccurate. Beds, weren’t comfortable, both pinball machines, and the arcade style driving game was broken. Hot tubs had not been cleaned, AT ALL! nor did the company send anyone out to clean it during our stay. Basketball goal in the pool area was broken and rusted, meaning it’s been that way for a while.”

“The first night of the trip, the lock didn’t work. I messaged the owner and didn’t receive a response until the next morning at 9am. It was so bad that Airbnb forced them to give me a full refund even though their policy states “no refunds”. The location was terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. It was also up a hill with no decent parking. I had to back out of the driveway because there was no place to turn around. Would not recommend booking this place.”

“Once we were able to access the correct unit (wrong unit# listed with address) there was an old musky smell as soon as we entered the condo. We quickly realized that the photos shown on the listing made the place look nicer than it actually was in person. The place needs some TLC. We could not locate WiFi password or parking passes required at this location. When we contacted management, they didnt know anything about parking passes even though its posted everywhere that they are required or you will be towed. It took them 4 days to get me the passes and I had to drive to a hotel a few miles away to pick them up. They also told us to ask Alexa for the wifi password but there was no Alexa in the unit. The management company finally provided us the password on day 3 of our 5 of our stay. I would not recommend renting from the rental company as it doesn't seem like they are familiar with the properties they are renting out.”

“Very spacious. The hot tub was a hit with our family. The photos on the listing had me confused after I got the confirmation on booking, it said 1BR when I knew the photos showed 2 beds, so I panicked a bit. There was a BR downstairs and a loft upstairs both were king some beds. We had trouble starting the fireplace. Our GPS took us up a very narrow one way road up the mountain, that was a little overwhelming. There is another way in and out. We seen a bear close to the rental. There weren't any check out instructions. and wished there were more towels.”
