“Loved the condo it was a lot bigger than we thought and it easily accommodated all 12 of us! The only issues that we really had was not knowing how to park because there was parking it was just hard to figure out how to park and not get blocked in by other guests and also in the pictures it looked like there was an indoor pool but it was an outdoor pool which was fine but it was closed even though it was memorial weekend that was kinda a bummer but all and all it was peaceful and the condo was beautiful and again a lot bigger then we thought it was also a lot more private then we thought with us being a group of 12 we thought for sure the other guests would hear us but the walls were pretty sound proof a lot better then any hotels”

“This home was beautiful and very spacious. There was a loud truck across the stream that ran all day every day, which was a bit annoying. We expected a pool table but it was included on the arcade games. Otherwise, it was a nice place for the family to stay during our trip.”

“Beautiful cabin, very spacious. Everything was a stated in description and host communicated very well. The only thing that I would suggest, is maybe have a key of some sort to get into bedrooms in case you lock yourself out (which I did)...3 women in the cabin and no one had a bobby pin but we eventually got in using a keyring. Other than that small misfortune which was totally our fault, we had an excellent time!”

“Our stay at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was great. We really enjoyed the roads leading up to the property felt like a roller coaster. The kids got a chance to see the lizards basking, they loved the fire pit and provided games/ mini arcade. The location was only 20min from the main attraction. All in all this was a great experience for the whole family thanks to Eden Crest, will definitely recommend and plan another trip back.”

“This was our second stay in the Bear Necessities cabin with Eden Crest. Everything was in tip top shape, as it was the first time! Well stocked kitchen, fully operational grill and hot tub, a few extra goodies (like a box fan/heater and extra linens, laundry soap, etc), clean rooms, and a beautiful view. If you’re bringing furry friends, there is a nice little (not fully fenced) relief area right up the hill from the cabin. This was somewhat “under construction” last year, so it was a pleasant surprise for our dogs. We also love that the porch is fully gated, so that they could hang outside with us. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, though I will say again that the driveway is a doozy depending on your vehicle and the weather conditions. No issues with my AWD. If you’re wanting to go out on the lake, be mindful of the seasonal drainage! Eden Crest is incredibly responsive should you need anything during your stay—you’ll feel right at home here. Would return (again)!”

“This was a beautiful cabin that felt very secluded while still being within walking distance/ a very short drive of the Dollywood parks. I loved the ease of check- in and check- out, and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely added bonus.”

“Took my family for spring break and was extremely disappointed! Very spacious cabin, but pictures are VERY inaccurate. Beds, weren’t comfortable, both pinball machines, and the arcade style driving game was broken. Hot tubs had not been cleaned, AT ALL! nor did the company send anyone out to clean it during our stay. Basketball goal in the pool area was broken and rusted, meaning it’s been that way for a while.”

“The first night of the trip, the lock didn’t work. I messaged the owner and didn’t receive a response until the next morning at 9am. It was so bad that Airbnb forced them to give me a full refund even though their policy states “no refunds”. The location was terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. It was also up a hill with no decent parking. I had to back out of the driveway because there was no place to turn around. Would not recommend booking this place.”
