“I booked last minute which limited to what we could choose from. I booked solely on location which I have to say, it is in a great spot in the Crest. The unit is similar as depicted in pictures but is advertised as a one bedroom. The kitchen is in the same space as the bedroom and is only separated by a short curtain. The lock box was tricky to get into and a parking pass was not made available until the second day. The floor was not properly cleaned. Our feet were filthy and had to keep shoes on the entire time. Luckily i packed disinfectant wipes and was able to give the floor a wipe. The bathroom needs serious updating. A questionable roll of toilet paper that was provided was immediately thrown into the garbage because of stains. It wasnt the worst place i stayed in WC but most likely wont be staying there again.”

“The location is wonderful, and the main bed was very comfortable. The property is fairly basic and could benefit from a few updates and more attention to cleaning, particularly the floors and shower. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, with only a very small frying pan and pot, making it difficult to prepare meals for a property that accommodates four. Simple additions like adequate cookware, dish soap, hand soap, and a few basic condiments would make the space feel much more welcoming. The bathroom vanity is cracked and could use updating, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Overall, the location is a definite plus, and with a few thoughtful additions, updates, and improved cleaning, this could be a much more comfortable stay.”

“The place was in a great location and a quick walk to the boardwalk or beach. However, the ceiling fan was extremely dusty to the point we could not use it. There were also big and noticeable dried up spills that showed the place was not fully cleaned before we arrived. I even cleaned a part of the night stand and it took some effort to really get the stain cleaned up.”

“Although the place is pet friendly there is no yard. Pet stains are throughout the carpeting. There is only one parking spot not two. The porch furniture was not what was in the photo it was old and broken. The awning also looked like it would break if the wind was too hard. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient shopping. Not worth the price.”

“We were not expecting anything extravagant with this place, but with the price, the least we expected was a working air conditioner and shower. The air conditioner ran, but the temperature in the room was the same as outside. The shower had only 2 settings, ice cold and scalding hot. Very disappointed overall with this place.”

“Check in/out a bit of a pain and they didn’t provide us with a door code, we had to get it from a resident. They also tried to get me to communicate outside of AirBnB and sign other contracts - I didn’t do it but still made me uneasy. Place was not that clean - layers of dust in unused drawers and on top of tvs and other non high touch areas. Location is great, pool is nice, AC works great - but for the price was not as nice as I expect. Would rent elsewhere next time.”

“Nice location but one of the selling points for us was the outdoor TV that they have in the description. It didn’t work at all and when I let them know, I never heard from them.”

“Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was disappointing. The listing advertised fast WiFi, but the connection was intermittent, and it stated the unit had a dishwasher, which it did not. Cleanliness was a major concern. The pullout couch and mattress had visible stains, there were crumbs and sand everywhere , the dresser drawers had not been cleaned, and the bedspread did not appear clean. There was also an active ant infestation around the kitchen. We notified the property management company about the ants and asked where the outdoor trash bins were, but none of our messages received a response. Communication before and during our stay was especially disappointing. We were spoken to very rudely over the phone and told the listing clearly stated renters must be 25 or older, but that requirement was not in the listing. We later received incomplete instructions and no response when we asked for clarification. The location was convenient, but ultimately we would not recommend”

“The place is great, the house is very good but we didn’t have a good experience. The check-in time was 4pm but when we arrived the house was completely dirty, no one had cleaned, restrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, freezer, everything dirty. I called them to do the report but we had to wait almost 3 hours while the housekeeper was doing the cleaning.”
