“Although the place is pet friendly there is no yard. Pet stains are throughout the carpeting. There is only one parking spot not two. The porch furniture was not what was in the photo it was old and broken. The awning also looked like it would break if the wind was too hard. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient shopping. Not worth the price.”

“This unit was beautiful and very well appointed. The living room was very spacious, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very large. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the chairs on the porch with the ocean view. The big downside was the check-in and check-out process. Even though there were keypads for the building and unit, we had to go to a real estate office in North Wildwood to pick up physical keys. We were not heading north at departure--dropping off the keys added an extra hour to the trip because traffic is so bad on Saturday mornings.”

“Great location, clean, easy to get to restaurants, the Boardwalk and the beach. Having an assigned parking spot was great. I only wish linens, paper products and trash bags were included. Nbd, but just made it a little more challenging. Also, an ask to run the dishwasher, take trash out - I thought that's what the cleaning fee was for...”

“Overall I am giving 4 stars because this place is a great location and clean. Some communication issues were my only thing wrong here. I messaged three times trying to get early check in, would even pay to get in any sooner than 4 since we were traveling out of state with a dog. No response until the night before leaving, which stated to let them know when we arrived and if room was ready they would let me know. We arrived at 2:30 he actually messaged right back saying he would let me know if room will be ready before 4. We sat at that picnic table outside from 2:30 to 4pm not one person came to or from room 114. Just to walk in the door at 4pm and see that it was already cleaned and ready well before 4pm. So to people traveling don’t depend on getting in any sooner than 4. It is a great room and great location, I would recommend”

“Don Martin and the owner were easy to work with. The place was a little smaller than expected but we made it work. Location was good and close to boardwalk. The odd smell and inconsiderate neighbors were an issue. This included them sitting on our front porch in the morning,at times parking in our spot to unload items (happened a couple times) and loud banging. Owner came and cleaned the filters which helped to some degree. After he was called the loud banging got quieter. Overall the quality of the place just didn’t match the price.”
