“Great location, quiet place, exactly where we were looking to be. Had an issue with the full size bed. Full size sheets did not fit. The shower does not drain water. The deadbolt lock sticks and it was extremely hard for us to lock the door prior to us leaving. We did not have enough trash bags for the week as well. The company that books it took until we checked out to respond to a guest change request. The request was made 5 minutes after I booked. The neighbors and people within the complex were great just some work needing to be done to the condo and communication would make this place a 5/5.”

“This is a family picture perfect rental! Location, location, location. Easy beach walk on; right at the start of board walk, new playground within half block. Spacious, 3 big beds, the back deck was awesome with the gate blocking the steps from our kids, front deck was added treat. Will definitely return.”

“We really enjoyed to be in this rental house, everything was good, the house looked like a pictures. Only a little problem with a door coding number, when we comeback after dinner, we called the phone number and nobody answer, but a little minutes later they got solution and we was able to open the door. “Definitely recommend!! Fabulous location! It is so close to all the excitement of the boardwalk without having all the noise of it. The pool is heated and very clean. The complex is well kept and has a wonderful sun deck. The only downside was sometimes having the loud noise of young children running back and forth loudly in other condos. When (not if😉) you book this property make sure to fill out a page in the welcome book to share with the owners and others!”
