“The location is wonderful, and the main bed was very comfortable. The property is fairly basic and could benefit from a few updates and more attention to cleaning, particularly the floors and shower. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, with only a very small frying pan and pot, making it difficult to prepare meals for a property that accommodates four. Simple additions like adequate cookware, dish soap, hand soap, and a few basic condiments would make the space feel much more welcoming. The bathroom vanity is cracked and could use updating, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Overall, the location is a definite plus, and with a few thoughtful additions, updates, and improved cleaning, this could be a much more comfortable stay.”

“The place was in a great location and a quick walk to the boardwalk or beach. However, the ceiling fan was extremely dusty to the point we could not use it. There were also big and noticeable dried up spills that showed the place was not fully cleaned before we arrived. I even cleaned a part of the night stand and it took some effort to really get the stain cleaned up.”

“There were a few issues that arose during our stay. Alarms going off on multiple days, ants in the house and miscommunications about when the trash would be picked up. The house was very nice and the first floor playroom was great for the kids.”

“Great location. Very clean. Nice back deck with table to hang out at. This is a rental through a Realty Company not a traditional Airbnb of someone renting out their personal space. Because of this there was no cleaning products in the house. Website states to bring your own bed sheets and towels which I'm all for for sanitary reasons. But there should be some standard Basics to keep the place clean during a stay. There was no hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, swifter wipes, cleaning spray , vacuum, and the worst to arrive after a long trip and have no toilet paper. Ask you to run the dishwasher before you leave but there is no dish washer detergent or dish rack to wash the dishes.”

“We were not expecting anything extravagant with this place, but with the price, the least we expected was a working air conditioner and shower. The air conditioner ran, but the temperature in the room was the same as outside. The shower had only 2 settings, ice cold and scalding hot. Very disappointed overall with this place.”
