elevator was unfortunately down for the parking garage the entire time. also floors were not swept. Other then that was an amazing relaxing spot.

After carefully considering our options, this stay looked to be in a great location, with nice basic amenities for the price. Whilst the location is central, the amenities were not as desirable. The complex is extremely busy, which makes it hard to park close to the door. The elevators are filthy and smell bad. The apartment looked good at first sight, albeit lacking any decor that was advertised, however inside it was filthy. There were brown stains, hairballs and mold all over the floor. Our feet were dirty from it, meaning any showering made you and your towels more dirty afterwards. The apartment was advertised as top floor, however it is not. We asked them to clean the room, and the host said they did and took the trash out. On return, nothing was cleaned and trash was still there. We ended up leaving as it was unlivable. Avoid at all costs.

My family and I stayed for 13 days at this air bnb. It was a satisfactory stay but needs improvement. Had problems with the washer and dryer and after many promises it wasnt fixed for the entire period. Some of the sheets had stains and stuff, when I reported it, he dropped off some but wasnt sufficient for the stay since the washer wasnt working. location is ideal, easily accessible. also the beds need to be changed, matresses old, worn out needs to be replaced. Kitchen was good with basic utensils etc..

The Airbnb apartment was overall bad, there were several issues during the stay. The biggest problem was a clogged shower drain that was reported early but took a long time to fix, with poor communication from the host. The apartment also had multiple cleanliness concerns, including an unclean shower, dirty stove, stained areas near the couch, and old, unsanitary floor mats in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom felt humid, hot, and uncomfortable overall. There were also two leaks one in the restroom and another near the sink area. Additionally, the apartment had a strong unpleasant odor upon entering. Only one set of towels was provided, and extra towels required an additional charge. Other minor issues included a random broom left in the bathroom and a slightly wobbly bed frame. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations, and these issues should be addressed for future guests.

The apartment matched with the description, however the furniture looks old and not well maintained, the bedsheet and the towels wasn’t clean and some of them had a bad odor, the rooms are deteriorated and one of them, they just removed the TV and only left the holes in the wall and finally one of the mattress on the kid’s room was really damaged. I didn’t like that there was not any soap on the bathrooms, I think that’s a good thing to have with the guests. Not super important but I would like to say that in other occasions in others Airbnb they had some coffee to the guest and I was surprised that with didn’t had in this place. We also wanted to go to the pool and the lazy river but there was not any direction to find them.

The resort complex had great amenities including the pool, lazy river, water slides, and sand volleyball. The apartment was modern, spacious, and visually appealing but felt bare bones for essentials. Communication was quick, but follow-through and resolution were consistently lacking. There were no pool towels and few bath towels for our group, with additional towels eventually provided after delays. We also experienced a leaking washing machine that was pulled out for repair but left sticking out for hours, and the water was never cleaned up. A pillow with a strong odor was reported but never replaced or addressed. After check out, I was charged $100 to have items shipped back. This fee was only disclosed after I reported items left behind. Updates were inconsistent, and it took over a week to receive my belongings. Overall, great amenities and potential, but the stay was impacted by maintenance issues and poor follow-through.

Worst BnB I’ve ever booked in my 16 trips/9 years with AirBnB. Zero hot water! Had maintenance in our room to 10pm with ZERO fix. Zero crib/pack n play when we arrived despite being arranged and confirmed prior multiple times, got delivered at 930pm finally after I told the co host how unacceptable it was. The exterior gate and building access door were both completely unsecured/unlocked providing a false sense of safety. Blinds on the windows are missing. The floors were dirty to the point of the bottoms of our socks turning black. “Room darkening shades” is false, there’s just curtains, that are too small and sheer. The beds are VERY noisy. The blanket provided is as thin as paper. The AC in the living room wouldn’t get cold but the one in the bedroom was too cold. Just awful.

If you like dry old urine spots behind the bathroom door and cockroaches in the bathroom, this is the place for you ! They’ll also throw in white towels with pubic hairs and leave a nice fat boot print in your supposedly clean shower! Don’t like your floors mopped ? You’re in luck ! The floors are dirty and discarded hairs from former tenants can be found stuck to ground . To be fair , I appreciated the happy balloon for my wife and the constant communication. The security guard was helpful but snarky and is the only staff on site when we were actually in the room . This place refused to give a refund so air bnb stepped in and gave me one after much deliberation. Theresa from air bnb customer service was understanding, and kind . Air bnb made this right not , CuponTours , lastly the room is 13 minutes from Disney not 8.

We pretty much walked in and walked back out. The pictures online were so outdated. there was furniture missing, broken bed and headboard, cracks in the wall. needless to say we were very dissastisfied and left to stay somewhere else.
