“Great host. The host was always very responsive and attentive, trying to be helpful to my requests. They are running a business the best they can and I respect that. That said, I cannot lie. The place is awful. Truly. Absolutely filthy, a strong smell of humidity, often noisy at night. Very small. Bare minimum supplies are provided (small bottle of 2 in one shampoo, a towel, a small bar of soap, one toilet paper roll - for a week stay of 2 people). But the host did provide more when requested, albeit begrudgingly. I asked for a broom, they gave me one. But broken. Broken toilet seat cover, dirty shower, filthy floors. AC just makes the place smell worse. No bugs, sheets were clean. Nice staff. I do think the place has mold, given the smell and my current cough. If it were at least cleaner and smelled fresh, could be okay.”

“If I can give it a 0 i actually would. The pictures and what u get is two different things ! The couch was so nasty and dirty l. It was sooo stank. They were told we wasn’t happy with the stay and we wasn’t staying there.They made it like it’s nothing they can do”

“This is a cost effective option for a long stay BUT 1- If you are alone (woman) /foreigner the neighbors might bother you, I had some concerned nights. 2-If you don't have a car, the nearest place to walk is at least 1 mile and Florida is hot! You wont walk at night at this neighborhood because you are the only human and it doesn't feel safe. 3- Smoking is not allowed at the apartment complex but somehow there is always weed smell. 4- Rooms are not as spacious as in pictures, but decent. 5- No sink in the bathroom. Same sink for bathroom and kitchen is not OK! 6- We stayed 2 weeks, I just had 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 kitchen towel roll, 2 towels, single use dish soap and a sponge for kitchen. No soap no hand towel... shampoo etc. non existent. 7- Pots were impossible to use so I needed to buy my own. All scraped. 8- No Dishwasher 9- No public transfer available like other neighborhoods short ride to Disney World. it is affordable but consider all these. Host is nice and helpful.”

“Location from attractions is relatively close. The cleanliness of the unit wasn’t as advertised. There were stains on the walls and pungent smell throughout the unit.”

“Logement bien situé à proximité à pied de la célèbre avenue calle ocho à Little Havana, avec de nombreux commerces… très animé, idéal de passage à Miami pour des souvenirs en tous genre. Dans l’ensemble bon rapport qualité prix, quelques lumières défectueuses, logements comme sur photos”

“O quarto era muito confortavel, com destaque para a cama. Entretanto, o fato de haver apenas 1 pia no studio foi incomodo, ja que tinhamos que escovar os dentes no mesmo local que lavavamos a louça. Inicialmente tivemos um problema com a drenagem do ralo do box do banheiro, o qual foi resolvido pelo anfitriao (ponto ruim foi que entraram sem autorizacao no studio e nao estavamos la.). O complexo de studios tem uma boa localizacao, entretanto é um ambiente um pouco esquisito em relação à vizinhanca que mora ali - pessoas alcoolizadas e cheiro de algumas substancias ao andar por certos apartamentos.”
