4.77Visit website
Compass Furnished Apartments's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Very happy we found this apartment. It’s in a great area with plenty of stores and restaurants, and the T is just a block away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view. Adam was always quick to respond if needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.”airbnb

“Adam’s place was as described. The apartment was in a large building near the theater district/chinatown. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Apartment is fairly barebones with limited glasses, plates, bowls, etc. apartment building is new and clean. Check in process was a bit of a hassle having to call an associate prior to arrival to arrange picking up the keys directly. No “chores” to do upon checkout. Wi-Fi was very fast! I would stay again”airbnb

“If you are looking for the perfect location in Kenmore Square, this is it! My daughter flew up from Dallas for a 3 day Daddy/Daughter Fenway Park visit. She’s a sports nut and always wanted to go to Fenway. We went to the game on Wednesday night and the Stadium Tour on Thursday. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the Stadium. There are numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and the Mighty Squirrel Brewery and Eastern Standard are 50 feet from the Condo building. The Unit itself is very spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms are separated to provide quiet and privacy. Everything was very clean. Adam is a very good Host and responds promptly to any questions you might have. The building is secure and has someone at the Front Desk most of the time. The next time we have the urge to see the Red Sox, we will likely stay with Adam!!”airbnb

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Adam nous a communiqué des instructions très claires. Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. Il est très propre et bien équipé mais il manque des casseroles supplémentaires pour les personnes voulant cuisiner. La literie est confortable. Il y a une poussette et lit pliant pour les enfants en bas âge. Je recommande sans hésitation.”airbnb

“Adam was very helpful after an initial confusing access instruction. He was quick to help and provide info when we connected. The building was secure and our flat had a great view over the Mystic River. Really good amenities and facilities at the apartment and everything worked fine. Flat was large and perfect for our stay as an adult family with 2 marathon runners. We found location superb for access into BackBay and downtown. We’d only booked last minute with Adam as we’d had our previously scheduled long term booking cancelled. This place was such a great find. I would definitely stay there again.”airbnb

“Adam was an exceptional host, and this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Check-in was incredibly smooth and convenient, and Adam was very responsive, quick to answer any questions and always helpful. He went above and beyond accommodating our group, coordinating arrivals from both Seattle and Maryland for the Boston Marathon, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, with great linens and a beautiful view. The location is absolutely fantastic, situated in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of storefronts, from higher-end restaurants to quick and easy dining options. Having DoorDash and Uber Eats deliver easily right downstairs was also a huge plus. For anyone using public transportation, the nearby train stop felt very safe and made getting to downtown Boston quick and simple. Overall, Adam was incredibly kind and easy to work with, and we truly appreciated his flexibility and hospitality.”airbnb

“Overall, this stay was very disappointing. The apartment is directly next to the Orange Line T stop, and trains running late into the night and early morning woke us up frequently. This level of noise was not clearly disclosed before booking. The third “bedroom” was not an actual bedroom—it was a bed placed in a closet-like space with no proper doors or privacy. Cleanliness was a major issue. The couch had visible, suspicious stains, making it unusable, so we covered it with sheets for the entire stay. When we raised this, the only solution offered was to send someone to clean it during our stay, which felt unacceptable given the cleaning fee charged. The bedroom storage areas were greasy and unusable. Pillows provided had visible stains, raising hygiene concerns. The cutting board in the kitchen also had visible mold, making it unusable. Overall, the listing was misleading in both comfort and cleanliness.”airbnb

“Centrally located in Boston and puts you in walking distance to everything. In Chinatown area and surrounded by great Asian food. Building is new and modern with doorman/woman. Apartment is updated and clean. Owner responsive and helpful.”airbnb
