“Great place to stay for walking to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Orange line is literally right next to building which is amazing for access to the city. This unit is on the 21st floor so we could hear the train somewhat at night, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Unit was perfect for our family of 6. Primary queen and both other bedrooms have two twins each. Only downside was primary bedroom door wouldn’t close all the way (we weren’t willing to push our luck) so we could hear our kids in the living room. Overall, still great for us.”

“Nice location and place”

“A mixed bag. The prime location and views did not entirely make up for lack of basic necessities and a house that needed cleaning upon arrival. Hair on the floors, chocolate and other food stuffs on the kitchen floors, very noticeable stains and food debris on the sofas. In short, the house had not been adequately cleaned. Bare bones kitchen. Salt and pepper, and leftover coffee, was all that I found. Absolutely nothing to use for cooking in the oven. The drapes in one bedroom were broken off. No way to block out the bright morning sunlight. Scuff and scratch marks on the walls. In some case rickety furniture (coffee table especially). Oddly, original store stickers on furniture and plastic coverings for lamp shades were never removed in some cases. The property is beautiful but one wonders what has happened to the finished product. To his credit, the host did promptly send a cleaning crew and bring kitchen and bathroom items. But these are things that I shouldn’t have had to ask for.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The apartment did not feel clean or welcoming. There were scuff marks throughout the property, many of the door and cabinet handles were dirty, and the overall cleanliness fell well below our expectations. The check-in experience also left a lot to be desired. The person who greeted us, Zizo, was cold and unwelcoming. The most concerning issue occurred during our stay. When we returned after an evening out, it was clear that someone had entered the unit without our knowledge or any prior notification. This made us feel very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about our privacy. We also realized there was no interior privacy lock, chain, or deadbolt that would prevent someone with a key from entering while we were inside. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this Airbnb based on the cleanliness, lack of hospitality, and the privacy and security concerns we experienced.”
