“The apartment is in a very convenient location and everything was good. However, I left my belongings when I checked out the apartment, and the way the host dealt with the situation was not satisfying . He didn’t respond to me when he committed that he will check it again the day after the check out. It’s my fault in the end of the day, but I’m frustrated that I didn’t find my things (cleaning staff claimed that they didn’t see it) and there was lack of communication.”
