“I know California tends to be a pricey place, especially during peak season, but I’m not sure that @$600 a night was reasonable even for this pristine location. The view is absolutely spectacular and the access to the beaches unparallel. I think those were my two favorite things. The unit itself could’ve used some work. I thought the cushions were dirty, especially in the kitchen, and there was very little water pressure in the shower. There is no air conditioning at all, and it was very hot during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, which I really appreciated. The hosts checked in frequently, which was nice.”airbnb

“My mom asked me to take her for a lovely and simple beach getaway, and we found a way to get there from the surfliner to take the trip to the next level. As soon as you get there you feel like you are transported into a simpler time. A burger stand up the street called "the spot". Families gathering happily on the beach, kids playing and swimming out to swimmer's platforms. Not an iPad in sight. Our stay at Casago was beyond perfection. The mattresses were soft and accomadating, the rooms were quiet, the kitchen well appointed with everything we needed - water heater, keurig, fridge and so much more. The check in process could not have been simpler, and they even provided a garage clicker so we could enter the secure parking lot. I cannot overstate the sheer luxuriance of being able to get up, make your coffee, then walk out the door and onto the beach. It beats any resort in Hawaii to literally sleep on the shore like this.”airbnb

“We had a fantastic experience with Casago Santa Barbara during our business trip. The property was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed to make our stay productive and enjoyable. From the booking process to check-in and throughout our stay, the Casago team was professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Having a comfortable place to come back to after a long day of business made a big difference. The property was exactly as represented, and the attention to detail really stood out. It was clear that Casago takes pride in maintaining their properties and providing a great guest experience. We would absolutely recommend Casago Santa Barbara to anyone traveling for business or pleasure. Five stars without hesitation, and we’ll definitely use them again on our next trip to Santa Barbara!”airbnb

“Pros: The location was great! It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to downtown, restaurants, and the wharf. The backyard was also a nice space for the family to relax and spend time together. Cons: The house was a bit more dated than we expected. We did notice some ants and spiders inside the house, but the host was responsive and addressed the issue during our stay. Overall, the location and backyard were definitely highlights of our stay.”airbnb

“This home absolutely lived up to the photos. The space was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and well-suited for a relaxing getaway. Every amenity promised was available and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and there was an abundance of cleaning supplies, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was ideal, with easy access to town and several beautiful beaches. The Casago team was responsive and great to communicate with throughout our stay. Most importantly, it was the perfect place for two families with young children to come together, reconnect, and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!”airbnb

“Our family of 5 loved our time at the house! The boys enjoyed the hot tub in late afternoon. The city of Santa Barbara has a lot to offer for our family. Our favorite place is the Museum of Natural History! Wow, what a place to bring the whole family and spend hours experiencing and learning and be inspired! Thank you for hosting us and helping us make good memories! Charlotte”airbnb

“I'm guessing the apartment was upgraded my an interior designer - very pretty. I occupied the unit during the heat wave of July, 2026. The ceiling fans were good, but the extra portable fan was a life-saver! Thanks for thinking of that.”airbnb

“We can’t wait to come back to this condo. Carpinteria is a great spot to be if you want a small town feel with beautiful surroundings. The condo was clean, right on the beach, easy to get to, and large enough for the 4 of us. The host was quick to respond. Loved it!”airbnb

“My family and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage for an entire month and it felt like the most relaxing staycation. Downtown is a few blocks away, Kid's World is a few blocks away, I would do my runs up towards the Mission, zig zagging on the blocks and getting enough elevation gain and views to make every run a good one. I have two little kids, so early in our stay I got them an inflatable pool which they enjoyed the entire month, the house is well lit, amazingly stocked and organized -and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a dream Santa Barbara stay. We made this place our home and felt comfortable every single day we were there. Thank you for hosting us!”airbnb
