“It was a great stay for my family and I. Being right on the beach was great. The only thing that occurred during our stay was the front door hinge became detached and the door couldn’t be closed one of the days we were there; however, the host responded quickly and had a repair person over that same morning to fix it with no issues there after. Definitely would recommend the place to anyone!”

“We had incredible stay here! My husband and I stayed with our toddler and parents and we had a great trip! We booked for the size of the yard, which was perfect. Our toddler enjoyed running around on the turf. The house was beautiful and spacious. The layout was perfect with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house to allow for some privacy. The kitchen was organized and had all the amenities we could need! The location was perfect too! We came for a wedding and an uber to the courthouse was about 9 mins and Ubers were easily accessible. The beach was steps away, down a couple flights of stairs. The communication with the host company was exceptional. They provided a great instructions from the start and were easily reachable before check-in and throughout the trip. We had to move our dates by one day and they were easily able to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay here again!”

“We had a great stay. The condo was updated, beachfront, and walkable to Linden Ave and beach boardwalk. We did get tar on our shoes if we walked on the beach and our host made sure we had supplies to clean our shoes. I would suggest that the sectional sofa in the living room be replaced as it was lumpy and not comfortable to sit on.”

“We spent my bachelorette trip here and had the MOST amazing time!!!! The spa was lovely, the house and the backyard were beautiful, the beds were SO comfortable, and the location is amazing! “The condo was perfect for our 4 night stay. Well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very quick to respond to questions and helpful in their responses. As everyone else has mentioned, the view was awesome. We could hear the waves and the sea lions from our balcony. Quick walk to town and the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back for sure!”

I liked the upfront communication with all the important info we would need. Nice to be able to reference the info email for info while there and not need to reach out to anyone. “We had a lovely time with the family at this condo. We walked to the beach every day and walked to town for food and ice cream. The home was clean and comfortable. That being said, We didn't realize the condo had two stories with a staircase which made things a bit more difficult with little kids. However, that wouldn't stop us from renting this spot again. Thanks for hosting us!”

“This was the perfect spot for our little family. The host was helpful during our check in and the instructions made it easy to get in. I was able to make a quick breakfast in the morning with our well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels, trash bags, paper towels. The best part was the easy access to the shops in Avila. You’ll want to drive down to park close to the shops unless walking up and down the hill is no trouble for you. There was a park near by, coffee was a quick walk down the hill and the food at Custom House was delicious. We were able to enjoy the Farmer’s Market Friday evening and a solace morning walk Saturday morning. My only issue was the neighbors kept parking so close to our entrance gate which is no fault to the owners so no complaints were made”
