“Beautiful Avila Beach did not disappoint. The view from the (small) balcony was priceless and we enjoyed it immensely. Would have loved some more comfortable chairs on the deck, as well as more comfortable furniture in the house. The house was immaculate, linens were beautiful and the kitchen was extremely well appointed for any sort of cooking, but you needed to be tall to reach the dishes in the upper cupboards. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. In and out was easy with the electronic entry. The walk to the beach was downhill, but uphill on the way back along with a stairway to the unit, certainly doable but something to be considered. Appreciated being able to park in a garage and driving to wonderful restaurants in the area was easy. Friday night Farmers Market with live music was a highlight. The managing company was extremely friendly, competent and immediately responsive. All in all a wonderful vacation.”

“Our stay at Casago Avila beach was amazing. The condo is incredibly bright, clean and in a perfect location, It was the perfect place for us to stay as we dropped our daughter off to Cal Poly. WiFi was also fast and convenient allowing us to work remotely as needed. I’d highly recommend.”
