“Great location, big quiet beach, dated house, there is an elevator outside but it either doesn’t work or isn’t available to guests. It would be nice if it worked. Kitchen is well stocked, multiple fridges in the basement with the washer & dryer.”

“Our stay was good overall, however we would have stayed somewhere else if we had known two things. Firstly, the ocean comes all the way up to the sand bags on the dunes. At low tide there is a small area to setup on the beach but high tide you will be under water. Secondly, the covered pool was suppose to be heated. This amenity is one of the only reasons we decided to go with this condo. If knowing the pool was not heated we would have definitely stayed at another location with more room in the condo and actual place to setup on the beach. There were a few items needing maintenance: drawer for silverware the back was coming off, curtain rod for sliding door was coming off the wall, bedroom closet bifold door doesn’t work on left side, and no grilling supplies. On a positive note, there is a nice view from the room and having coffee shop literally 3 floors underneath us was convenient.”

“Pros: The location and view of the ocean was great! The elevator made it easy to get to and from the door. It was very quiet and peaceful. Cons: The furniture is worn and outdated. There were shingles hanging down on the balcony. Maintenance was called but this was never addressed. The house came with coffee, coffee pot and coffee filters but the sugar was empty. When I called to ask for more, I was told that it wasn’t provided but this (unless I overlooked it) was not called out in the description. The location is at the end of the island, so it would have been nice to have this on site. That said, the view from the balcony and the access to the beach made for relaxing moments!”

“The location of this house was perfect. Ocean front, walkable, and ample space for a large group. A few areas of concern: the downstairs is in desperate need of upgrades and repair. Obvious water damage, paneling coming off the wall, water lines, peeling paint, and a musty smell throughout the house. There were multiple broken chairs and barstools. In the living room there was mold on the ceiling around the skylights. For those with allergies it was very bothersome. Overall, we really enjoyed our time, beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was very well stocked. With a few improvements we would stay again!”

“Carpet needs to be replaced on stairs, there are numerous stains. Dirty under couch. No water pressure in 3rd floor bathroom and hall bathroom, hair in shower in hall bathroom. Chairs in living room are too hard to sit on.”

“The house itself was not top level clean. It felt as though the previous guests left and no cleaning crew came in to do anything. Pet hair on all the carpets. Dishes and utensils in the kitchen were put away still dirty. We had to wash everything before using them. The extra blankets in the closet were not fresh and clean. Definitely just folded and put away from the previous use. I truly question if the sheets on the bed were even changed. The main issue was when we arrived Saturday our Internet wasn’t working therefore neither was our tv. It took until Tuesday for them to finally look into it in which case they told us to call the Internet company ourselves. We then had to spend half the day of our vacation at the house waiting for them to show up. Our rental was extremely rude on the phone when we reached out about our issues. Also BOTH of the balcony doors did not lock. They were told and brought one piece of wood to secure the door at night. DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“Save your $ and book somewhere else. While overall the trip was “okay,” for the price paid I wish I would have booked somewhere else. The HVAC is absolutely awful. During the day our thermostat would read up 78 degrees. One bedroom upstairs had to be mid 80 degrees. We called and they said they would bring fans that never came. They sent a technician who basically said it’s out of his control. It overall had a dirty feel to it. The couches are heavily stained and worn. Cushioned Dining chairs stained. Dining room table very faded and worn. Stains on the throw pillows on the beds. Mold and gunk buildup in the shower tracts. The beds are small with very thin quilt comforters, sandpaper sheets, one pillow per guest, peeling kitchen cabinets. The master bedroom had a noticeable mildew smell. We still had a good time because we love the beach, but I would not book this home again.”

“I reached out before arrival because the parking instructions were unclear and the response I received was just a c/p of the original instructions that I identified as unclear, and then when we arrived the owner of the hotel next door had to inform us where to park. The a/c was not working well, which the company was aware of apparently, because they was a repair man at the door at 8am our first morning there, which they admittedly forgot to tell us about, and even if they had, I would have been frustrated because we were on a short vacation and being up by 8am is not my idea of relaxation. Unfortunately, we did not hear him knocking, and he never returned during our stay, so it was warm in the home the entire trip. Also, the pictures are inaccurate, showing a chaise lounge on the landing and a twin bed in a room, but those were swapped, and the twin bed did not have sheets. Since we needed that bed, it meant my daughter had to sleep on the landing.”

“This home is not family friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. There was nothing left in the house to clean. No vacuum or broom. When I asked for one they dropped off a cheap one that didn't work. They leave you with 1 trash bag and 2 dishwasher pods and they expect you to provide the rest. The main reason for renting a home is so you don't have to bring everything with you. All of the other homes we have rented provide the basics. When we arrived at the home there was trash left behind and glass on the floor. The master bed was falling apart and held together with 1x4 and one of the bunk beds is unsafe as it wobbles like crazy. The internet was also out for the first couple of days. The company said sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. We had to wait around for the internet company to arrive as well as the rental company. We won't be renting this home or from this company when we go back to the beach. If you want a nice home I would suggest looking elsewhere.”

“BEWARE … BEWARE…..BEWARE Came to the beach with a certified, registered, and trained service animal. Due to the condo having a faulty sliding glass door. The dog was able to open it while we were gone and got on the balcony and was barking this happened five hours within our stay. This is where the bullying, threatening and disrespect started. I was receiving text messages and phone calls from two different numbers neither of them identifying themselves. They called the police out and had them call me all while I was telling them I was on my way to get the dog and I actually called my cousin who lives close and could get there before me to go get her, but they still threatened to call animal control, and have my dog removed. This was all before 8pm. To make a long story short, we were told that we were evicted. I had ask if I left with my service animal could the rest of the party stay because this was my daughter‘s graduation family get together they would not allow that either.”
