“When we stayed this place was rated a 3.8. So we had some ideas but the price was great for the location and number of beds and rooms. Overall it was a good place to stay. We would definitely stay again. The place did seem like 1 good deep clean would do it wonders. We did our own quick cleaning and I think we left it better than we found it. It did have the very basics in the kitchen. We bought our own stuff like aluminum foil, dish detergent, salt, pepper etc. 3 nights we only needed the 1 trash bag they provided. The out door shower did not work which meant more sand in the house we had to sweep up. They put a work order in and someone showed but it was never fixed while we stayed. These are more things to navigate but nothing that would keep us from staying again! We loved being able to walk to the beach so close! Kitchen was a nice size and bathroom was spacious. Beds slept good also! Would recommend!”

“I’ve been coming to Topsail Island every year for the last 5 or 6 years with a group of friends as a part of an annual “beach weekend” that we all look forward to every year. One thing I can say about this place is that my friends and I were stunned at how beautiful the view is from the living room as it looks over the sound. The house was spotless and we all greatly appreciated how clean it was. Topsail Island itself is our favorite beach destination because of how peaceful it is, and I’d highly recommend checking out Daybreak Donuts and Sunrise Bagels less than 5 mins away. The location is convenient and close to the bridge in Surf City, so if you need to head to the mainland for groceries, supplies, etc. it doesn’t take much time at all. Other homes on the island can be a bit far from the bridge, (~15 mins) so we greatly appreciated how close this house was. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re looking for a private and family friendly stay.”
