Great place for our family trip to the beach! An easy walk to the neighborhood beach access from the house - plenty of food locations to choose from!

This house is beautiful! We spent many hours on the porch and it was super relaxing! Our only complaint would be the linens- towels are like hotel towels and not a ton so would recommend bringing your own towels. A little unfortunate you can’t use the outdoor elevator with how many stairs there are outside and having to carry everything up. All in all beautiful house and location! Would definitely go back!

The place was clean, great location, and perfect for a family and pets. It wasn't as comfortable as we were hoping - the pillows were like paper, and the beds were minimally made. The furniture was sparse and not big enough for our family of 4 to enjoy a movie together. The water heater was turned off, but we figured it out early. There wasn't one sample of laundry detergent to run a load. We are used to having one of everything and buying more if we need it. Overall, it was ok. You can tell a rental company is using the bare minimum budget to rent it out. They could do a better job of making it comfortable and actually setting it up like a second home.

We’ve been using Airbnb for a couple years and never had an issue till now. The employees we interacted with were polite but as a company they are very inconsiderate. Had to pick up keys at a different location, the room was set at 78 degrees, and they decided that during our stay was the perfect time to do upgrades in our room so having workers rearrange furniture and run wire till 1830 while we sat on the couch and watched was not on the beach bucket list. After reaching out to the company we received a very generic ChatGPT response the next morning. They provided plenty of towels but to any future guests make sure you bring your own toiletries and trash bags.

The house and property it’s self was awesome! Very spacious inside and out! The neighborhood was super quiet and calm with beautiful views and on the water which was awesome! We were able to fish off the dock and launch our kayaks right from the back yard. We had to buy beach towels and chairs as they are not included which would have been nice to know so that way we could have brought some. You will also need to bring or buy toilet paper and trash bags. All that is included are what’s immediately used which was ok but would have been nice to include in the info so we could have prepared better! Overall would definitely stay at this property again!
