“The home was beautiful just as the pictures showed. The beach was just a few steps away and you can enjoy every minute of sitting on the porch listening to the waves. Now the bad. There are 4 bedrooms but only 2 TVs. Granted, your not on vacation to watch TV, but if its raining and you want to relax and watch something, you cant. We also fought with the property management and the owner about the temperature of the air conditioning. They will not allow you to go under 72 degrees. For some people, that may be okay, for others that are sunburned or have been out in the heat all day its way too warm. For the price to stay here for 1 level of the house, you shouldn't have to argue over the air conditioning. This is the only airbnb that ive ever experienced this issue with.”

“The owner chose to park his dredging vessel in the boat slip. It was covered with rust and it had trash on it. It diminished the view and made unavailable the listed boar slip amenity. The rental agency partially refunded the stay, but it took more back-and-forth than it should have.”

“Overall, the stay was great. Great location and price. The dishes weren't clean but that is most likely due to that responsibility falling on the previous guests. Some bugs were present but not really an issue. Great proximity to the beach and surrounding businesses.”

“Overall we loved staying here. But we noticed a lot of hair everywhere the day we got there and trash under the beds. As well noticed some bugs inside (not like flys or anything it could’ve been a water bug but it looked like a roach) and it said something about cleaning a grill and unfortunately there wasn’t one . But good location.”
