“THOROUGH REVIEW ❤️ The hosts were very helpful/attentive in fixing anything that needed fixed, or answering any questions! The Airbnb was overall easy to find/check-in, spacious, private, and cozy! PROS 👍🏻 -great communication from multiple hosts -tidy and neat bedrooms -lots of seating -lots of options for storage and unpacking -outdoor cameras and secure front door -large pool and hot tub, good ambiance!(please note the pool is not heated, but warm enough in May!) CONS 🤍 -home does not have full crib as listed -floors were dirty; crumbs and trash under couches, cig butts outside -some wobbly furniture -if you need FIRM mattresses, you might be uncomfy -very limited towels, toilet paper, etc -large kitchen but not fully stocked; some utensils/dishware were dirty/falling apart -back sliding door/gate outside need extra security -A/C limited in bedrooms -WEAR SHOES in grass, sharp burs! GREAT stay if you’re looking to be in the pool, not cook much, and be 15 min from the beach!”

“I really wanted to like this place but it is nothing like the pictures, while staying we found and had to remove a total of five cockroaches. I brought this matter to the host the second night and she did ask if I wanted an exterminator to come by. I said no because obviously I am on vacation I should not have to deal with this. The outside of the home is not what is pictured in the photos. No cushions anywhere very poorly maintained. House itself is not well maintained at all. Doorknobs practically broken. Front door is not too secure. Shower water barely had any hot water. Just very poorly maintained. Once i mentioned this to the host they did offer a refund for my last night but was not what was listed as the nightly price on my receipts and they also took a 15.5% fee for whatever. I mean I dealt with cockroaches that is completely unacceptable!”

“Nicolette Refused to honor her cancellation policy of allowing a reservation to be changed. We paid her $1700 plus dollars and we ended up missing the Trip due to the Spirit Airline Shut down. The Cancellation policy stated no refunds but trip could be changed. When we attempted to change the date she refused saying it was too close to the trip. She basically Stole my money. I contacted Airbnb and they practically told me she refused to assist them as well! God forbid something happens, she’s the owner and she makes the rules but doesn’t follow them! Horrible especially when this was out of my control.”
