“Our stay at W Hotel Residence was great, ideal for our family of four. The apartment was spacious & comfortable. Everything was as described. Overall a very nice stay & i would always book again.”

“I, Lisa Thomas and my husband Clarence shared a connecting house on the BNR vacation rental properties in Florida on 10/2-10/5. The door never locked throughout our stay. The owners were contacted, they asked for a video, it was sent. They said someone would be out to repair, but never showed up. Every time we came in during the day or night we had to take inventory of our belongings. This was stressful. We could not change our place of stay because there would be a penalty. strict rules but they were respected and followed. My husband is a landlord and when something goes wrong beyond our tenant and it is an inconvenience, we meet them with some type of compensation. I asked for a partial refund. They said thank you for keeping the house in good standings but since you were there for the entire rental time we cant compensate. We are having the lock repaired. The damage is done. You had a paying occupant, but did not consider keeping their belongings secure at your establishment”

“The place needs maintenance for sure. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan. The beds only had sheets and a blanket, not comforter. Very noisy at night. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.”

“I would not recommend this Airbnb. My experience was very stressful and uncomfortable. During my stay, the host told me that my friend was not allowed to come visit me and that a car parked in front of the house was a problem. They warned me that if my friend did not leave, they would call the police and cancel my reservation. This made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I understand that hosts may have rules, but the way the situation was handled created unnecessary stress and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I expected a more respectful and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others Very disappointing experience. The host made me feel unwelcome and threatened to call the police and cancel my reservation because a friend came to visit me and a car was parked outside. The situation was handled in a way that felt embarrassing and stressful. A vacation rental should provide comfort and peace of min”
