“If only.. If only the beds weren’t disgusting(yes, we do have pics to prove this). If only the walls weren’t filthy. If only pics of property weren’t from a whole other era! If only the hammock and BBQ, and pristine lawn were what we actually arrived to. If only an enormous chunk of the backyard fence wasn’t missing. If only there wasn’t trash in both the front and back yards. If ONLY THERE was some actual attempt to respond to us when we VERY first lodged complaints. If only Nicolette & Co were interested in rectifying issues instead of gaslighting us about the ACTUAL state of the property(we have pictures of EVERYTHING!!!) Within minutes of arriving, we found gross beds with stains, hairs, crumbs and debris in addition to other issues. We reached out & left message after message. We had to go to a dinner & reached out again to let them know we would not stay at a place so poorly maintained and finally, 30 min later(just before 8pm) an offer to take action. Sadly, it was too late.”

“Listing was just like pictures, fresh and clean when we arrived.I appreciated the parking right outside the door, so convenient and easy. Great location near UM which was reason for our visit. Very nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants but also quiet . Will definitely book again.”
