“The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. The only complaints would be the upstairs AC filter needed changing, which I did. The air was having a hard time keeping up but that fixed it. Only other thing is our grand baby would get black on her knees when crawling around along with black on our feet. Floor was swept but needed a good mop job. Home and neighborhood was beautiful. Host ALWAYS responded quickly! Overall it was a positive stay!”

“We loved this location, the gated community, the home was very nice & the layout was perfect for our family. There had clearly been pets here as there were chewed up items throughout the home. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for those with allergies, because the listing implies no pets. The listing states no golf carts in this community - yet golf carts were everywhere. We didn't mind riding the bikes & very much appreciated there being 5. For the first two days our gate code wouldn't work which caused frustration & embarrassment. We felt like we were trying to break in when in fact we paid very well to be there. Eventually we were given a new code which worked. When the gate wouldn't open, no one was in the gate house, so we called the supplied security number. They stated they had not been associated with that community for over a year. So supplied information is not up to date. The "auto" messages are terrible & lacked the personal touch & care of owner communication. Enjoyed stay”

“I always enjoy renting from this owner when I need to bring my dogs with me for work travel. Everything is always exactly as listed and they are very accommodating.”

“I spent way too much time thinking how many stars to give this place. If it weren't for my Saturday stay, it would be an easy 5. I have stayed in OTR before and grew up in Cincinnati and knew what to expect from the architecture, restaurants, neighborhood feel, and general noise you would hear from an urban setting. The place was very cute and right up my alley relative to decor and free parking for the location is great. But there was a loud beeping in the building (not inside the apartment but could hear inside continually) from some alarm. Not happy but things happen; I do wish Drew didn't make it sound like it was out of his control - was I going to hear it the entire stay? Beeping was then compounded by obnoxious street noise until 1:30AM from people parading by, screaming, engine revving, bass, etc. (note: no game at the stadium). I woke up feeling pretty angry about my choice. That said, the rest of the stay was great and so I spent too much time thinking about number of stars.”

“We checked In spent a whole night at this location to be kicked out the following day and being accused of throwing a party . Airbnb told us they double booked the house and it ended up being a mess . Nice house but unfortunate situation that had nothing to do with us . Ended up paying $300 more dollars on a different place .”

“All I'm gonna say is that I had to cancel my stay at the last moment after I showed up to this place , the worst Airbnb I have ever been, I didn't ask for any refunds but neither the host try to mention anything about it, now the point is to warn any other people that try to stay in this place , it is a nightmare.”

“The home itself is charming and well-appointed. Prior to booking in January, the host indicated there would likely be flexibility with a later checkout if the home wasn’t booked immediately after our stay - which it was not. However, once we arrived, we were only granted a 30-minute extension. We explained that we were running the marathon that morning and traveling with four young children, so getting back, showered, and out by 11:30 felt very rushed. We even asked about extending to 12:30, but didn’t receive a response and had to follow up. We ensured we were out by 11:30 sharp and left the home very tidy. Street noise in the front bedrooms is quite loud at night, some rooms lack blackout curtains while exterior lighting stays on, and the multiple staircases are narrow, making it challenging to move luggage. Unless you have a small compact car, the garage is difficult to use. While there is ample street parking, it is metered, requiring frequent attention.”

“We booked this airbnb over other options primarily for the included golf cart. When we arrived the golf cart was charged to 75% and the charger was not working to charge the cart any further. After driving it around for the first day and charging overnight the battery level remained below 40%. My issue is more with their communication about the problem than the problem itself. They were not even reading my messages but were just sending canned responses. Not sure if the have virtual assistants working the chat or what but the simple charger problem never got resolved due to their poor communication. For that reason alone I cannot recommend this airbnb. If you have any problems it seems like you will just get the runaround rather than an actual attempt to fix it. Other than that, the house was nice and the location was great.”

“Unfortunately our experience was not good. The AC upstairs was not working at all plus we had a string dog pee smell! It was disgusted! And we call them. They ignore us for hours and hours up until we reached out to Airbnb.”

“When we first arrived, the house was 78 degrees inside and took FOREVER to cool down, and when it did humidity was at 96%. One toilet wouldn’t flush within 5 minutes of arrival, couldn’t be serviced until the next day. 6 bikes advertised, only 5 on property, only 4 worked, only 2 unlocked with code given. Reached out 3 separate times, couldn’t come out same day and when they did they didn’t reset all the bike locks so again we were left with only 3 out of the 4 bikes. This did not get completely resolved until Sunday and we were leaving Monday. Master bedroom shower had hair on the shower walls upon arrival & blankets in master bedroom closet were stained with some mysterious brown spot. For what you pay for this spot we expected better communication and consideration when reaching out for help.”
