“The condo was clean, comfortable, and equipped as expected. It’s in a great location near The Big Chill and close to everything along 30A. The community pool access was a plus as well. One thing to note is that the entire living area is above the garage, so the only way into the home is by stairs. If accessibility is important to you, this may not be the best fit. The biggest issue during our stay was that the advertised 6-seat golf cart was not available. The golf cart was one of the main reasons we chose this property, and we were never notified before arrival that it would not be provided. The host had ample opportunity to communicate this before check-in, but we didn’t learn about the issue until after we arrived and started asking about it. While the situation was eventually addressed with a partial refund and additional assistance from Airbnb, it was frustrating to spend vacation time dealing with something that could have been communicated in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our”airbnb

“We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our family. The second bedroom had extra bunks that we weren’t expecting. We were expecting a golf cart but was told the day of check in that it was not working and they couldn’t get us a replacement. That was a bummer but it didn’t ruin our trip.”airbnb

“The house was beautiful and the area is amazing! Getting in the house was super easy but they do not offer early check-in which we have gotten at multiple other places. It was communicated clearly and when I asked about an early check-in, I was told it isn't possible. That is understandable but its a nice perk we have enjoyed in the past. My only real issue with our stay was the washing machine was broken upon arrival. I was in communication with the host throughout the entire trip regarding this issue and it was never resolved. I was told a tech would arrive multiple times and they never did. We had 6 children and laundry is a must. We had to spend a number of hours at a laundromat twice during our stay which took away from our time. For the price of the house, I would expect the host to have a tech out immediately or have it replaced immediately. While the host was somewhat responsive during this issue, it was never resolved.”airbnb

“The place was clean when we got here which was nice. The location is great at seacrest but There are a lot Of things missing that could make this rental a lot better. There is no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. (Although they sent one when we asked) No beach towels so bring your own. No beach chairs no beach toys. They provide a pack n play but no crib sheets. No high chair. (A high chair is 60$ on Amazon but I had to spend 150 renting one on babyquip.) The master bedroom has no dresser and no hangers in the closet so you don’t really have anywhere to put your clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase all week. If you are driving and can bring your own kitchen things you like I recommend it. When we got here the thermostat was broken and the house was warm. There wasn’t any urgency to fix it.We came home from dinner the next night and an hvac guy was in the house. We received no warning someone would be coming in and we didn’t like that.We wouldn’t stay here again. Value not there”airbnb

“The only complain will be that almost zero communication with the host, we didn’t get to ride the bikes.”airbnb

“We checked In spent a whole night at this location to be kicked out the following day and being accused of throwing a party . Airbnb told us they double booked the house and it ended up being a mess . Nice house but unfortunate situation that had nothing to do with us . Ended up paying $300 more dollars on a different place .”airbnb

“All I'm gonna say is that I had to cancel my stay at the last moment after I showed up to this place , the worst Airbnb I have ever been, I didn't ask for any refunds but neither the host try to mention anything about it, now the point is to warn any other people that try to stay in this place , it is a nightmare.”airbnb

“The home itself is charming and well-appointed. Prior to booking in January, the host indicated there would likely be flexibility with a later checkout if the home wasn’t booked immediately after our stay - which it was not. However, once we arrived, we were only granted a 30-minute extension. We explained that we were running the marathon that morning and traveling with four young children, so getting back, showered, and out by 11:30 felt very rushed. We even asked about extending to 12:30, but didn’t receive a response and had to follow up. We ensured we were out by 11:30 sharp and left the home very tidy. Street noise in the front bedrooms is quite loud at night, some rooms lack blackout curtains while exterior lighting stays on, and the multiple staircases are narrow, making it challenging to move luggage. Unless you have a small compact car, the garage is difficult to use. While there is ample street parking, it is metered, requiring frequent attention.”airbnb

“Unfortunately our experience was not good. The AC upstairs was not working at all plus we had a string dog pee smell! It was disgusted! And we call them. They ignore us for hours and hours up until we reached out to Airbnb.”airbnb

“The outside area and where the Airbnb was located was very beautiful, however it took over an hour for anyone to respond when it was time to check in, we didn’t know how to find the room or how to get in because the room code was not given to us so it really sucked that we lost almost two hours of our stay because the host wouldn’t respond. On top of this we also were not given the parking code and had to park in an over flow parking lot and walk 5 blocks at night to get back to our room, and it took a very long time for a response to get the garage code. We also had to contact them AGAIN for the code to get into the pool and hot tub. We got locked in the pool. Very tiny room, there was sand on the floor and there were stains on the bottom of the couch cushions.”airbnb
