“Government mandated mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Isaias made the rental inaccessible. Refund not provided even though access was denied by the governmental authority having jurisdiction. Attempts to resolve this unique situation fairly were met with resistance and arrogance.”

“Encountered issues at check in when booking a different house with beachwalk. It was honestly horrible and caused a lot of stress right off the bat. While all of it could have been prevented, Shay with guest services was a gem and helped us through, ultimately relocating us to this house in Highland Park. This house was great. A little wear and tear. The pool pump Nextdoor was loud when trying to sit on their beautiful back porch, but we sat on the front porch instead.”

“The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. The only complaints would be the upstairs AC filter needed changing, which I did. The air was having a hard time keeping up but that fixed it. Only other thing is our grand baby would get black on her knees when crawling around along with black on our feet. Floor was swept but needed a good mop job. Home and neighborhood was beautiful. Host ALWAYS responded quickly! Overall it was a positive stay!”

“We loved this location, the gated community, the home was very nice & the layout was perfect for our family. There had clearly been pets here as there were chewed up items throughout the home. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for those with allergies, because the listing implies no pets. The listing states no golf carts in this community - yet golf carts were everywhere. We didn't mind riding the bikes & very much appreciated there being 5. For the first two days our gate code wouldn't work which caused frustration & embarrassment. We felt like we were trying to break in when in fact we paid very well to be there. Eventually we were given a new code which worked. When the gate wouldn't open, no one was in the gate house, so we called the supplied security number. They stated they had not been associated with that community for over a year. So supplied information is not up to date. The "auto" messages are terrible & lacked the personal touch & care of owner communication. Enjoyed stay”
