“When we first arrived, the house was 78 degrees inside and took FOREVER to cool down, and when it did humidity was at 96%. One toilet wouldn’t flush within 5 minutes of arrival, couldn’t be serviced until the next day. 6 bikes advertised, only 5 on property, only 4 worked, only 2 unlocked with code given. Reached out 3 separate times, couldn’t come out same day and when they did they didn’t reset all the bike locks so again we were left with only 3 out of the 4 bikes. This did not get completely resolved until Sunday and we were leaving Monday. Master bedroom shower had hair on the shower walls upon arrival & blankets in master bedroom closet were stained with some mysterious brown spot. For what you pay for this spot we expected better communication and consideration when reaching out for help.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the images, stunning. Location of the house is perfection-1.2 mi from Rosemary, a quick golf cart ride to the beach, walkable anywhere esp. the Donut Hole for the kids. The only heads up I'll give is: there are no curtains/blinds which was fine just something to keep in mind. The description said the pool was heated and it was not heated but chalked it up to we were the first ones to stay here so probably will be for future guests and lastly the alarm button to go out to the pool cannot be turned off. In fear the kids would wake up, you can always walk around to the front of the house / front door to get back in, not a problem. We really loved our stay and 100% would rent again!”

“Perfect location for a family beach trip! The cottage was charming, updated, clean, and close to the beach, yet quiet at night. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus, and we loved that it was only a few minutes from a Public. Little area of the cottages is fantastic, safe, and great for families or just about anyone. Host was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back in the summer. 30A is a great area for all and calm. Open areas in Alys Beach to the Big Chill were a great time to get whatever food and beverage of your choice and listen to either a dj or a live band.”
