“We had a really great stay~ Our family wanted a quick September getaway and this house was perfect for us! Everything felt comfortable and not cluttered. Oh and the laundry hidden right in the kitchen was super convenient, we loved that! The kitchen was probably one of my favorite things about the house; having a clean, comfortable kitchen makes such a difference in a rental, and this one felt new and well kept :) There were few things we noticed cleaning-wise like hair in the shower drain in the primary bathroom and while doing a final check before leaving, we found some random things behind dressers/underneath beds that maybe were left behind by previous guests, but, honestly the house did not feel dirty to us. Those were just little things we happened to notice. Luckily it wasn’t very hot during our stay so the window AC units were good, the hotter summer months might be a bit warm though... Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely choose this property again!”

“This is an attractive and well-equipped house in a great neighborhood — just a couple of blocks from the beach and in a pleasant residential area. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a huge asset, and there’s plenty of lounging room outside. We also used the screened porch frequently for board games in the late afternoon. The kitchen is roomy and easy to maneuver in as well. We appreciated the fact that two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, since we had three generations on this family vacation!”

“I was expecting a a stay that felt like my past stays at an AirB&B. This felt more like a stay at a rental. I had to bring linens and towels. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The outdoors were not well cared for. The children’s toys were dirty and full of mold.”

“This is a solid three bedroom home with a huge yard, a nice kitchen, comfortable beds and a pleasant screen-in porch. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to bay beach and I just wish it was a little closer. But it's a great local beach to view the sunset.”

“Comfy home in a quiet location. The kitchen and some bedrooms were a little dirty but otherwise nothing to complain about. The house was well furnished and the property was well maintained.”

“We stayed here with our two kids a couple years ago and it's still one of our favorite spots. The location is unbeatable, close to Nauset beach, and the place itself is comfortable and well laid out for a family. I think either bring your own sheets or look into the sheet service. We brought our own and it was fine. Everything else about it was pretty much perfect. Would happily stay again.”
