Beach Road Properties's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “Our families had a great stay. The house was well equipped for the beach & cooking, and comfortable. The controllable AC in each room is a huge plus. The kids absolutely loved the cul-de-sac and played for hours out there, and the short walk to the public pond beach was fun. I would definitely recommend this place for a group with kids!”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay and this home was perfect for our girls weekend! The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed throughout our stay. The outdoor space was definitely a highlight. We loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the beautiful backyard area. The home made it easy for our group to relax, spend time together, and make great memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable getaway with friends.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay at this Orleans house — perfect for a family getaway. The beach was an easy walk down a charming gravel path that led right to the sand. The home is spacious and very comfortable, with a fantastic pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every day. Clean, well-appointed, and great for relaxing together. Highly recommend!”airbnb

“This was a great location at the end of a culdesac. Walkable to a private lake with kayaks and bicycles on site. The house was ready for guests to stay. Thorough directions and helpful tips on the site and printed in the kitchen. Individual AC/Heat for each room made it easy to be a comfortable. I was thankful for labels on all of the drawers in the kitchen and light switches. The location is between the Atlantic coast and Bay Area that made for a quick drive. Even with the weather being a little damp, there were plenty of games inside and a nice indoor fire pit. Stop & Shop was about 10 minutes away to allow for easy groceries. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Be advised that linens are not included but the rental company can supply them and towels, just budget for that as it was about another $250 for our family. House is well cared for and in a quiet neighborhood.”airbnb

“The house was very spacious and comfortable - plenty of seating options and sleeping options. And the location is absolutely incredible - it's right on the beach, so you can spend as much time on the sand or in the water as you choose. There are spectacular views from the deck and from the balcony off the master bedroom, and through the windows of the sunroom. It's pretty well stocked too (but bring your own towels and sheets unless you're renting linens) -- there was a grill and even a pair of binoculars! I struggled a bit with the Keurig, and we discovered that one of the board games was missing a bunch of tiles, but overall it was an outstanding rental experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! P.S. Be sure to walk out into the bay at low tide; it's amazing!!”airbnb

“Great place to stay! The Depot pond was peaceful with nice paddling and swimming. Located right on the bike path, close to restaurants and the coast guard beach bike path. We had a wonderful time exploring!”airbnb

“The location is perfect for the bay beach and the reason we rented. You can walk to the beach which is very convenient. They also allowed a short term rental as the property was available. Be aware that it is just a bare bone rental no extras commonly included with an AirBnb rental. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, toilet paper etc. The rental company was very responsive to questions and assisted as needed. The house was musty but comfortable for what we needed for the weekend. We love the bay beach in Eastham therefore it was perfect for that aspect. You do NOT need to go to the office on way to house as instructed. We asked if it was necessary as we saw the door code in the email. I was told I should. When we arrived at the office it was an empty envelope with wifi and door info (provided in the email).”airbnb
