“Nice, very clean little place down a quiet street. 5 minute walk to the beach. The town is about 10 min by car and has some great restaurants.”

“This is an attractive and well-equipped house in a great neighborhood — just a couple of blocks from the beach and in a pleasant residential area. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a huge asset, and there’s plenty of lounging room outside. We also used the screened porch frequently for board games in the late afternoon. The kitchen is roomy and easy to maneuver in as well. We appreciated the fact that two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, since we had three generations on this family vacation!”

“I was expecting a a stay that felt like my past stays at an AirB&B. This felt more like a stay at a rental. I had to bring linens and towels. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The outdoors were not well cared for. The children’s toys were dirty and full of mold.”

“We stayed here with our two kids a couple years ago and it's still one of our favorite spots. The location is unbeatable, close to Nauset beach, and the place itself is comfortable and well laid out for a family. I think either bring your own sheets or look into the sheet service. We brought our own and it was fine. Everything else about it was pretty much perfect. Would happily stay again.”
