“Great place to stay! The Depot pond was peaceful with nice paddling and swimming. Located right on the bike path, close to restaurants and the coast guard beach bike path. We had a wonderful time exploring!”

“The location is perfect for the bay beach and the reason we rented. You can walk to the beach which is very convenient. They also allowed a short term rental as the property was available. Be aware that it is just a bare bone rental no extras commonly included with an AirBnb rental. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, toilet paper etc. The rental company was very responsive to questions and assisted as needed. The house was musty but comfortable for what we needed for the weekend. We love the bay beach in Eastham therefore it was perfect for that aspect. You do NOT need to go to the office on way to house as instructed. We asked if it was necessary as we saw the door code in the email. I was told I should. When we arrived at the office it was an empty envelope with wifi and door info (provided in the email).”

“Great family vacation home. Close to great restaurants, bike/hike trails, beaches (both bay and ocean side). The home was very comfortable. Plenty of room for six adults and the dog. Had an amazing time.”

“This is a great house in a handy location. It was clean and very well stocked both with kitchen items as well as bikes, beach equipment and even towels (even though the listing says to bring your own). we enjoyed the board games, puzzles and rock painting station on the one rainy day of our trip. the back patio and yard are beautiful and great for outdoor eating and relaxing too.”
