“The location is right on the water in a cove. This is charming. It is an old house ( we appreciate that! ) This is where “ charm” ends. Knowingly, the management company rented us a home with no central heating system in January, on the north shore of Boston! So equipped with space heaters that tripped the breakers, no insulation under the floor or the walls it remain in the upper 50’s in the house!!!🥶 Oh, there was mouse poop in the kitchen and nails sticking through the floor boards. The management company responded with AI stock response texts and never came to the home when we asked for help.”

“Great location, close to downtown Beverly. We stayed for a wedding in Salem which was also 15 minutes away. It was a nice touch having clean sponges, dish washing liquid/pods, soap and clean towels already wrapped. Only cons were that the cabinets and utensils drawers were cluttered and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“Cozy little house that was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Great location near Good Harbor Beach about a 2 minute drive away. Stayed for 6 nights and had a good restful sleep each night. Just minutes to downtown Gloucester or downtown Rockport. Big area across the street that our dog loved to play in.”
