“We had a very nice stay here. Neighborhood is quiet, appliances all worked, and everything else was in good working order.”

“Check in time is rather late at 4:00, we were traveling with our senior dog so we couldnt just park our car and explore, I messaged on Airbnb to see if we could get an early checkin, "Jonathan" sent me a link to pay an extra $78. Total cash grab, the house is either ready or it's not. The link said that we were waiting on approval for the early check in, we were stuck wasting time waiting on a response. I finally had to call the office to see if we could get in. There is a reason people like to go through Airbnb, it's usually an individual that you're renting from and you feel welcomed. Not some company that takes the personal touch out of the experience. Immediately upon entering the house there was a strong stale cigarette smell. It made us not want to be there. I had to clean the shower before using it. They provided no dish soap but they did leave a fresh new dish sponge. Having laundry on site is convenient. It would have been nice if they had some beach chairs for guests to use.”

“Great location for a beach day and 1 min walk to Surfside Subs/Dairy maid. Takes about 5 min to stroll down to Long Beach which is a fantastic place for families to spend a day given how nice the sand is and how gradual the water depth is. The place itself is clean and reasonably equipped. Could have used a regular sized frying pan and some beach equipment like a lot of places in this area provide but really you are renting this for the beach proximity. All else is bonus”
