“The home matched the listing well and was accurate to our expectation. Could use a little sprucing up but great price. We loved the decoration by family members and it felt like staying at your Grammy’s house. The other reviews pretty much cover it. Easy enough walking distance to the beach. Close to town.”

“Remodeled condo, very nice inside with updated features. Very nice view of ocean from balcony. Recreation activities available on site. Beautiful large pool area but it was closed off for sitting/lounging.”

“This place was great! The location is wonderful! Great views and easy walk to the beach! Close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! A few cons for me: The master bedroom-the bed is extremely uncomfortable! The bathroom floor is super slippery when wet. The WiFi did not work. I did not contact anyone because of the other reviews. Figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. Cell service isn’t the greatest so the WiFi would have been nice. The check-in process is kind of annoying. You have to stop by their office to pickup a packet of information and the laundry room key. The door code was sent-the information in the packet was nothing more than what they had already sent. (Besides the laundry room key-which we didn’t need) You also have to drop the packet back off at their office. Again, this was just annoying and not convenient.”

“Cool cottage feel! Nice space and easy walk to the beach! Close to a lot of stuff and easy access off the island! Bathrooms do need to be updated but worked functionally! Only complaint was that the bedrooms need curtains to block off light from parking lot next door! Would stay again if we come back to the area!”

“Great location, walkable to the beach, and near Morehead City, Beaufort and Fort Macon State Park! However, the first night we discovered several bugs within the bed linens and carpet of the main & second bedroom. Reached out to management and they came the very next morning to check in, provide fresh linens and vacuum the upstairs. There were old stains left on the carpet from previous stays I’m assuming, as this was a dog-friendly stay. The dishwasher was also broken upon us following check out instructions, but that was something we did not use during our stay. A rocky start to the trip but the Atlantic Beach Realty was responsive to us and accommodating!”

“Perfect house for our 2 families attending a local wedding! Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was super clean! Best feature was the amazing ocean views and pool. We will definitely be back!”

“The internet and TVs were not working during our stay, and the owner was unreachable. The realty company did attempt to help and provided a hotspot, but it was quite slow. Cleanliness was also an issue - there was trash left under one of the beds and some of the appliances were not well maintained. The floor staining also stained our feet. Two of the bedrooms lacked blackout curtains or shades despite being exposed to artificial lighting, which made sleeping difficult. The HVAC system was noticeably loud. The location is great, but overall the property did not meet expectations for the price.”

“The location is beautiful. The condo is nice. The stairs are a bit much…especially when unpacking and packing up. The condo dishes need a good washing and the fact that we had to do all of the dishes and put them away before we left was annoying when there is a dishwasher that can be run and put away later. I feel that is why the dishes were greasy and spotted with food. Also, the need to check out at the realtor’s office is unnecessary. I walked in, put the packet on the counter, and the attendant said thank you. You can’t allow guests to just leave their welcome packet in the condo? All in all, it was an okay vacation, but we won’t be back to work with Casaga Realty again.”
