“The home was nice and clean which was a plus, but the check out instructions and lack of amenities seemed excessive. This was a last minute booking because our original booking cancelled the night before so we didn't have many options. The stay was $2000 for 4 nights but they list that they only supply paper supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning supplies enough for one day and then you must get your own. No laundry detergent or iron. Towels and wash clothes were wrapped in plastic and only enough supplied for the number of guests. Even if I needed to wash them I couldn't because no detergent. The home was beautiful but it seemed very cold and not welcoming, almost robotic in management. Also we were told we must pull the recycling and trash to the curb and wash the dishes but also empty out the dishwasher and put the dishes back in the cabinets which was a first for me and I have been renting airbnbs for many many years.”

“It was fine. A bit expensive, but the property was nice. Although they shrink wrapped all the towels and linens. It makes sense because you know they’re clean, just weird. Maybe it’s me. I found the management group a bit annoying, with having to drive 10 miles to pick up the check-in packet and messaging during our stay. Also, if you have an EV, there are not many chargers close by. The ones recommended are not accessible.”

“Lovely house but listing is innacurate. The garage is restricted even though 'Entire Townhouse' is what is listed. in pictures garage is empty but it stores owners golf cart. If you bring or rent a golf cart it will have to be parked & charged outside. Our charger overheated in the sun and we couldn't charge in the rain. The washer was broken upon arrival. They offered to take our clothes to their laundry facility but we opted to do them ourselves at a laundry mat because we didnt want 7 people's laundry loads for the weekgoing offsite. That alone was $100 plus two days taken doing laundry and being/waiting on (super kind) techs. When trying to get in touch with management they were never there but the front desk would relay messages. They wouldnt refund us for not having a washer and said the Broker would only give us $100 for all the inconvenience.Grateful to Airbnb for stepping in and helping.Dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival.Dirty dishes in cabinets and had to wash everything”

“The location as amazing, being literally a minute away from the beach. However, the listing lacks important details that the host could not provide. The place does not provide beach towels or any beach equipment. It also did not specify that it was on the second floor, not first which made it difficult as one of our party has knee problems. It also didn’t say there were coffee machines. Given all of this, for the price we paid, it seemed a little too high.”

“Just few things could have made our stay better: we were told at check-in that we could get three passes and we’re only given two with no help in getting a third one. None of us slept well as the beds were extremely hard.”

“It was poorly lit, so if you have any vision issues you might have trouble seeing. There were 6 remote controls for the TV, but no ability to actually watch anything or instruction on how to. There were DVDs and remote for a DVD player, but no DVD player that I could find. There was supposed to be Wifi, but it didn't seem to work. Even after we figured out it was unplugged. Not sure what that was about. There was a couple hundred dollar cleaning fee, but you have to clean up and take garbage out. So what was the fee for? I can stay in a hotel and a maid would do that and we wouldn't be charged extra.”

“The place needs maintenance and upkeep. The carpets were excessively stained. There were rings in the toilets. The laminated floors were sticky and needed mopping. The kitchen items were greasy and dirty. We bought dishes and pots and pans to use. The master bedroom had a box spring and sunken mattress. The sliding glass door did not lock nor did it have curtains. We found a pair of curtains in the floor of the closet and hung them ourselves. Mold in all vents. I spent 1 and 1/2 day cleaning and disinfecting the place. I reached out to Atlantic Realty to discuss but no return call. I did not expect this thru Airbnb. This place is WELL below the standards of Airbnb. I do NOT recommend Atlantic Realty nor this place to anyone! My husband and I have stayed at Airbnb in the past with great stays and greater host.”

“Place, location everything was 5 stars! The only complaint we had was that no even salt in the kitchen, nothing! They warned you about it but what a inconvenience. Bring trash bags because there is only one. And also you have to trip to the office before going to the place.. so plan on it because they won’t tell you until the day you check in.”

“The rooms are not bad but difficult to access and if you have lots of luggage it’s many many trips, even from the first floor. We didn’t find out until arrival the outdoor pools which are nice were being worked. For it being not peak season yet, we were still paying peak prices.”

“The location is beautiful. The condo is nice. The stairs are a bit much…especially when unpacking and packing up. The condo dishes need a good washing and the fact that we had to do all of the dishes and put them away before we left was annoying when there is a dishwasher that can be run and put away later. I feel that is why the dishes were greasy and spotted with food. Also, the need to check out at the realtor’s office is unnecessary. I walked in, put the packet on the counter, and the attendant said thank you. You can’t allow guests to just leave their welcome packet in the condo? All in all, it was an okay vacation, but we won’t be back to work with Casaga Realty again.”
