“Unfortunately the WiFi nor the tv’s worked. We consulted with the host and a new WiFi was relinquished. However this did not resolve the issue. It set us back due to this was a working vacation and had to rely on a cellular hot spot. This was disapointing.”

“The house was clean and had a large driveway. The beds were quite hard and make sure to bring everything you need besides dishes. They provide 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, and 2 dishwasher packs. The dock was sturdy, but the boat lift was raised all the way up and locked out, so at high tide, we could not fit under the lift with a 23' center console. The yard is not like the photos, it is quite sandy and patchy, so not as nice looking. There is room in the driveway for a boat trailer and 2 vehicles. There is no ice machine, and the one on the fridge was not working, so buy ice. The channel to get out gets about 2' deep during low tide.”

“We stayed with our 2 young kids and a friend couple over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The place is only a few doors away from being right on the beach and was directly across from stairs to the swimming pool. This was our 3rd time staying in the Pine Knoll Townes community and this unit was the closest to the beach out of all 3 of our stays and was also the most upgraded/nicest place we've stayed at within the community. Overall, if you're looking for a place with beach access for a small group, this is a great option.”

“We had a great stay! We booked last minute, kids had fun, beach was walkable but also a parking pass was provided. Lots of stuff to use on the kitchen, games for the kids, overall a great place! Thank you we had a lot of fun!”

“If you want to be just a few steps away from a quiet, clean, lovely uncrowded beach this condo fit the bill. However, I will not rent this condo again. The Smell! Musty, unpleasant and present everytime we walked in. The uncovered kitchen garbage pail is the first thing you see. The Washing Machine was broken and there was no evidence of attempts to repair or replace. The Reality company was very helpful with offers to pick up the laundry and return it the same day, but that is not the same as having a washer to use. The cups and glasses have a grungy film that was difficult to remove, probably because the dishwasher needs cleaning/repair. The bedroom ceiling fans did not advance beyond the lowest setting and did not move the very small amounts of air that the air conditioner sent into the bedrooms. And, the back bedroom fan made noises. The screened in porch and the furniture on the porch were dirty. Communication was only with the Reality company and not the owners.”
