“We had a great stay! We booked last minute, kids had fun, beach was walkable but also a parking pass was provided. Lots of stuff to use on the kitchen, games for the kids, overall a great place! Thank you we had a lot of fun!”

“If you want to be just a few steps away from a quiet, clean, lovely uncrowded beach this condo fit the bill. However, I will not rent this condo again. The Smell! Musty, unpleasant and present everytime we walked in. The uncovered kitchen garbage pail is the first thing you see. The Washing Machine was broken and there was no evidence of attempts to repair or replace. The Reality company was very helpful with offers to pick up the laundry and return it the same day, but that is not the same as having a washer to use. The cups and glasses have a grungy film that was difficult to remove, probably because the dishwasher needs cleaning/repair. The bedroom ceiling fans did not advance beyond the lowest setting and did not move the very small amounts of air that the air conditioner sent into the bedrooms. And, the back bedroom fan made noises. The screened in porch and the furniture on the porch were dirty. Communication was only with the Reality company and not the owners.”

“The condo was in a perfect location near shops and restaurants and the aquarium. The beach was very close, as was the pool. The pool was very clean, and was never too busy. The condo itself was very easy to access (and you have an assigned parking spot). The condo was clean and comfortable. It would be very handy if additional toilet paper and paper towels were provided, but overall our stay was wonderful and we would stay again.”
