“We were staying here for Thanksgiving weekend. To be fair they had just taken over management of this property but upon arrival the home was tired, dishes, pots and pans were filthy, dust in exhaust fans, carpets stained, the kitchen floor was swept but I'm not sure the last time it saw a mop (main bath as well). The paint was peeling in many places, stains on the ceilings, and carpet needed to be stretched. I was embarrassed as I brought my entire family here for Thanksgiving. Flights were involved and I thought it was going to be a really nice place, especially for the price I paid. Being Thanksgiving we did not hear back from the message I sent (and I expected that). When I did they were very apologetic and said they would refund the cleaning fee as we had to wash everything in the kitchen we used. I asked for them to call me so we could discuss. That was days ago and I have heard nothing...and no refund has hit...Could be a nice place I hope they fix it up...”
