Atlantic Beach Realty reviews in Beaufort, North Carolina

“Sadly the house was not fit for habitation and we had to leave after only one night. Refund was provided without major issue”

“We stayed here with family over Labor Day weekend. While the home itself worked well for our group, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities, especially compared with other homes we’ve stayed in within the same community. Each guest received only one large towel/1 wash cloth/1 hand towel, wrapped in plastic, and no laundry detergent was provided despite being told it was an included amenity. The kitchen had no coffee/tea, sugar, salt, or pepper, and several dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Basics were also very limited—one inexpensive thin roll of paper towels, minimal toilet paper, and a tiny bottle of dish soap- no cleaning products other than that. We reached out to the management company and found them slow to respond. Overall, the home felt very minimally stocked and lacked the personal touches we’ve experienced with privately owned rentals. Next time, we would choose a privately managed home in the community.”

“The house was nice, overall. The upstairs bathroom shower leaked and there was mold underneath the window ac unit (also upstairs).”
