“The apartment was spacious and as described. We had a couple of hiccups on arrival that were very inconvenient. We told them we would arrive at 6pm but due to traffic we arrived at 7pm instead. All the towels were still wet in the dryer and the sheets for two of the bedrooms were dirty and so worn that they had piling all over which made them not very comfortable. We had to wash the sheets before going to bed, which is not something I expected to do after traveling all day. The beds are all very old, worn and not very comfortable. The shower head on the master had so much calcium residue from the hard water that it was painful to shower so I had to scrub the shower head to clean it so the water could come out properly. Almost all of the mugs, plates and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before use. The process to check in at the gate is easy but then you have to show your reservation everytime you come in instead of the QR code to go into the gate.”

“The worst experience i ever had since renting thru air bnb. The host called me the day of checkin when i was literary on my way to the home to tell me the home had no internet and i paid extra money for the hot tub to also tell me the hot tub wasnt working. He sounded unsure as far as when the internet would be working. I had family that was traveling from out of town and the best they could do was cancel my reservations. Im on the side of the road devastated with no where to go or unsure what to do. They sounded unconcerned and all they said was things happen and they have no control of the internet and that is true,but it sucked to have been in my position and even thow air bnb refunded,but i went thru hell they had to verify what i saying was true and it took a while to get in contact with host.Eventually got in contact with them 2hrs later and me and my son sitting on the side of the road trying to figure this out.The air bnb agent was very helpful went over and beyond to help me.”

“My stay was a nightmare. I traveled with a baby and toddlers who needs cooked food and the dishwasher didn't work. On top of it, it was leaking and we had to clean up all the mess every day after a long hectic day. Wifi was not working and host was unable to get it fixed. I couldn't find any PS4 but yeah even if I found it, we can't play without wifi. There's still some trash from previous visitors which we picked up and trashed them. We had to vacate the place before our expected check out date due to dishwasher issues and yet paid most of the fare due to airbnb policies and host rules. Super sad trip.”

“We had a horrible experience! Due to “plumbing” issues they switched our Airbnb to a house that was not worth what we paid for. The house was smaller, dirty (spider webs, cigarette butts, gross sofa, broken appliances), broken AC (mind you we are in Florida). When trying to contact the host they would take a long time to answer (through Airbnb app) and would hang up our phone calls. We lost 2 days of our trip trying to solve the issue to try to get to a better house due to their irresponsibility and disrespect, because we paid a lot of money and we didn’t get the experience we deserved. Wouldn’t recommend booking with them.”

“This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The entire stay was extremely frustrating because several basic amenities were either not working or completely ignored by the host. There was NO WiFi for the entire duration of our stay. We contacted the host multiple times and repeatedly explained the issue, but nothing was done. No one came to fix the WiFi at any point during our stay. We had to spend our entire vacation without a basic amenity that was supposed to be provided. The TVs also did not work, and the AC had several problems that made the stay uncomfortable. We complained to the host multiple times about the AC, yet no one came out to fix it or properly address the issue. The most frustrating part was the lack of urgency and communication. We were constantly having to contact the host about problems that should have been taken care of before we even arrived. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were left dealing with broken or unavailable amenities throughout the e”

“The house and the area was great the owner didn’t leave enough soap to clean the dishes before check out and he ac never worked the house stayed at 76-77 when we tried to set it at 65-70 and the garage is only big enough for sedans and small suvs”

“The stay here was terrible. There were old donuts left in kitchen . The sheets were dirty and smelled like throw up. There were no tissue or wash rags in no bathroom. There was no left over trash bags to use. Slow respond and also didn’t do anything about it .”

“This was a terrible stay! We were provided with the wrong gate code. There’s no service in the area so the wait for response was 20 minutes or more. The code to the door was invalid. We waited to get in for about an hour with tired children. There were holes in the walls, the carpet is filthy, the couch had dirty stains, the throw pillows had holes, the sheets had stains, the bed frame in one of the rooms was broken, the bunkbeds in one of the rooms were broken, the air fixture was extremely filthy, furniture were all chipped. The location is extremely inconvenient for the parks (30 minute drive or more). All in all. It was a terrible stay i do not recommend whatsoever”

“It’s was a nightmare from Hell , the first night the mini bed frame broke the dryer handle was broken , the patio chair was all full of mildew , its was a disaster,will not recommend to anyone to stay with their families”
