“The worst experience i ever had since renting thru air bnb. The host called me the day of checkin when i was literary on my way to the home to tell me the home had no internet and i paid extra money for the hot tub to also tell me the hot tub wasnt working. He sounded unsure as far as when the internet would be working. I had family that was traveling from out of town and the best they could do was cancel my reservations. Im on the side of the road devastated with no where to go or unsure what to do. They sounded unconcerned and all they said was things happen and they have no control of the internet and that is true,but it sucked to have been in my position and even thow air bnb refunded,but i went thru hell they had to verify what i saying was true and it took a while to get in contact with host.Eventually got in contact with them 2hrs later and me and my son sitting on the side of the road trying to figure this out.The air bnb agent was very helpful went over and beyond to help me.”

“This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The entire stay was extremely frustrating because several basic amenities were either not working or completely ignored by the host. There was NO WiFi for the entire duration of our stay. We contacted the host multiple times and repeatedly explained the issue, but nothing was done. No one came to fix the WiFi at any point during our stay. We had to spend our entire vacation without a basic amenity that was supposed to be provided. The TVs also did not work, and the AC had several problems that made the stay uncomfortable. We complained to the host multiple times about the AC, yet no one came out to fix it or properly address the issue. The most frustrating part was the lack of urgency and communication. We were constantly having to contact the host about problems that should have been taken care of before we even arrived. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were left dealing with broken or unavailable amenities throughout the e”

“Great location, great amenities. This is a beautiful big house, perfect for large groups or families. We didn’t feel that the cleanliness was up to standard.”

“The stay here was terrible. There were old donuts left in kitchen . The sheets were dirty and smelled like throw up. There were no tissue or wash rags in no bathroom. There was no left over trash bags to use. Slow respond and also didn’t do anything about it .”

“I normally give high ratings and disclose issues with the owner privately…however this stay was a bit of “not so great experience”. Please be sure to ask for clear instructions if traveling in different vehicles for registration with the security gate at Champion Gate. We ran into an issue where the “hosts” was not aware of the vehicle registration process for Champion gate, which caused an issue for the rest of my family. My only downfall was communication with the hosts…when I reached out to them they would only respond via message, they did not answer my calls nor return my calls. Very upsetting. I’ver never had an issue staying in any other home through Airbnb until now. Overall my family enjoyed our stay for the most part but will never stay at a home hosted by “Amazing Home Group LLC” The home is beautiful however, a few of the furniture pieces were broken, our family normally travels with our own kitchen supplies and bedding.”
