“The apartment was spacious and as described. We had a couple of hiccups on arrival that were very inconvenient. We told them we would arrive at 6pm but due to traffic we arrived at 7pm instead. All the towels were still wet in the dryer and the sheets for two of the bedrooms were dirty and so worn that they had piling all over which made them not very comfortable. We had to wash the sheets before going to bed, which is not something I expected to do after traveling all day. The beds are all very old, worn and not very comfortable. The shower head on the master had so much calcium residue from the hard water that it was painful to shower so I had to scrub the shower head to clean it so the water could come out properly. Almost all of the mugs, plates and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before use. The process to check in at the gate is easy but then you have to show your reservation everytime you come in instead of the QR code to go into the gate.”

“I want to start by saying that Jackeline was very respectful and tried to be as attentive as possible but had a few issues were the communication was not clear. Had lots of issues with access since check in on community gate and pool gate the 1st day (which I couldnt enjoy) up until the next day which in the afternoon I was able to have access when link was sent correctly. Shower curtain on the hallway bathroom was broken on the floor when I got there, but was fixed the next day. There was some dust in the master bedroom area. Other then that everything else was clean, the area and place was nice. We were able to have a nice 2nd day till check out. I will say communication is key and if things were clear from a beginning and the details had been taking care of before we got there, I would've definitely give it 5⭐️”

“My stay was a nightmare. I traveled with a baby and toddlers who needs cooked food and the dishwasher didn't work. On top of it, it was leaking and we had to clean up all the mess every day after a long hectic day. Wifi was not working and host was unable to get it fixed. I couldn't find any PS4 but yeah even if I found it, we can't play without wifi. There's still some trash from previous visitors which we picked up and trashed them. We had to vacate the place before our expected check out date due to dishwasher issues and yet paid most of the fare due to airbnb policies and host rules. Super sad trip.”

“Hi, I like to leave reviews so that people could make informative decisions. The house itself is big, beautiful and spacious. Upon arrival and opening the fit wet noticed it was a walk up and that was an inconvenience .We had issues with the water temperature in the master bedroom tub it was cold no matter how long it ran. The place was poorly cleaned, the children found garbage and belongings to the previous people who stayed so we cleaned up upon arrival and departure. We ended up missing the first day due to delays and unforeseen circumstances and we requested a refund for that which was denied. The children’s bedroom is the very first room upon entering the walk up, we weren’t comfortable with that and a silly was forced to sleep in there with them. (On the floor) The amenities ARE NOT right in your backyard as described in the description, the pool is an 11 minute drive from this property. You’ll have trouble finding the property, took us over an hr when we stopped asked someone…”

“The location itself was agreeable. I rated it according to the description left on the page. It showed there were two twin beds— there were but one did not have a bed frame when we arrived. There was mold in the main bedroom Shower. The smoke detector went off twice during the night in the main bedroom for no reason. One was during a shower which may have been caused by steam but the fan in the main bathroom didn’t work. It said there were two coffee bags provided and they were not there so we had to buy coffee and filters. We walked in and the TV remote was sitting in the table upside down with the batteries out. They did not work so we had to buy batteries to make it work. The main elevator is out of compliance for the state of Florida.”
