We had a pretty good stay at this location. Parking on the street was free and easy to find every time, but there is street cleaning one week out of the month so just read the signs. You have to walk down a gravel pathway then down some large steps to get into the property, so be mindful of that if mobility is an issue. Door was easily accessible with a code. The main living and kitchenette were nice. The futon was not comfortable even for sitting, so would not recommend using it for sleeping. The king size bed was great and the mini split AC was very efficient at keeping the place cool in the middle of summer. The bathroom was very clean, but note that the sink is very tiny and low.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this mountain cabin. The views are stunning and the house was clean. The listing had shown that the lower-level bedroom could sleep 5 people comfortably, with a queen and 3 bunk beds. But the room had only two sets of bunk beds. The listing photos should probably be updated. Also, there were some spiders in the lower level. The grounds should be sprayed to help keep them outside. The only other inconvenience we found was that the kitchen didn't have dish towels, dish cloths or some of the standard cooking utensils we needed. These are just a few things that should be addressed for the future. We really did have a fun time, and once the small improvements and fixes are made, we would recommend this rental to anyone!

Cute house in an easy to access neighborhood. Everything was clean. Keep in mind that this house has no air conditioning (this is noted in the listing). It may be totally fine in the winter months. When we arrived in June, and the temperature outside was in the 90s, the heat was turned ON in the house. The temperature INSIDE the house was in the 80s, making it completely unbearable. There is a swamp cooler, which helped cool down the main level after a few hours, but the basement had little to no airflow. We found two small fans to use in the basement bedroom.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful home, big backyard, very stocked with coffee. I thought the home was gorgeous and spacious. The only downside was that the couch was a bit wet and the home smelled a tad bit from the cleaning that had just happened before we got there, so we had to wait until evening to sit on the couch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice cabin very much a simplistic place so you have a place to come back to after a day of fishing, hiking, or any of the many activities you can find around the area. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 3 people just cause it’s not a big place.

A/C didn’t work during our entire stay, even after constant promises that it would get repaired. The sofa belongs in a dumpster and doesn’t function. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was an absolute nightmare and our vacation was ruined by lack of sleep in a place that has no insulation and no working a/c in the middle of summer.

Good: ok location, quiet neighborhood, responsive host Bad: was offered a pack and play without a mattress for an infant to sleep in. After discussion with the host, they would not offer one. We had to buy it from amazon and ultimately left it at the house for future guests. Baby gate was broken. Can’t shower in the two showers at the same time as the water shifts from extremely cold to extremely hot. Creaky floors. Wall paint chipped throughout the house. Basement couch is pretty much broken. One of the steps leading to the basement is caved in. Water dispenser on fridge is broken - had to buy water bottles.

The apartment is cool, clean, and the retro 80s/90s touches were fun. Bathrooms were very nice, kitchen too. Bedroom tv inoperative, living room tv remote doesn’t sink w volume. Bedrooms could use sound machines or box fan options for those that can’t sleep with ear plugs. But the ai customer service sucked. I asked months in advance if we could get an early check in bc the only flight that made sense for us was arriving at 8am. Was told “we’d love to make that happen for you but check in closer to date to confirm.” I checked in 2 weeks out, a week out, a day out…same repackaged answers every time. We arrived at 8 am, they never once reached out to say come check in now or offered a place to leave our bags. In fact, bc they never called we waited until AFTER 4pm and just decided to check in on our own. So my wife and I explored the city of Denver, after a redeye on the hottest day, for 8 hours while hauling luggage to each stop. They never once checked on us or tried to make right.
