“The unit was great. The host was great. AirSimplicity was not. I received lots of notices from AirSimplicity ... not one of them could I access. They did not use AirBnb communication. I could use email but many of the messages did not appear in email.”airbnb

“The place was lovely! The hot tub was a nice touch to the whole stay. Although I was informed the cleaning crew was running behind, it was a little awkward showing up while they were still cleaning the hot tub. I brought along fire wood as I was told to do for the fire pit, to find out that it is really a propane fire pit that the team wasn't aware of. We tried to BBQ on the grill and it wasn't working which was a bit of a bummer that I had to cook them inside. The area was peaceful the first night, but didnt realize you are so close to neighboring houses so not so peaceful the 2nd night. We went the 6 miles to Pine valley park which was lovely as well. The weekend was absolutely lovely, not convinced it was totally worth the money that was charged.”airbnb

“Beautiful cabin setting. Very secluded and peaceful. Some minor inconveniences with no working lights in the basement bathroom and in one of the bedrooms, plus a fire alarm that needed to be reset every 12 hours or it would beep consistently. Host communication was responsive to these, but said they would send out a handyman the same day to address early in the week, and yet we dealt with it the entire week. We love the FairPlay area, but would probably look for a different cabin next time.”airbnb

“Unreal to cancel at 7 at night on the day we are arriving. Never have had this happen ever before.”airbnb

“Place was just ok. Smaller than I expected and bedroom and restroom had centipede and bugs on floor and carpet. Parking is not convenient, only 9 spots outside and they are always taken, indoor garage is very small and a full size vehicle will barely fit with no room for error or you will damage vehicle or property. I had an emergency and could not arrive in check in day so I asked if they can move my days over one day so I wouldn’t loose a whole day of stay and they would not work with me and I ended up paying an extra day at full cost, I was very disappointed specially because the days were not booked by anybody else. I will not be coming back or booking that Airbnb again. On a good note the area it’s located is very nice and we did like that.”airbnb

“My family and I arrived on Tuesday to attend a conference in the Gaylord resort that is a 3 minute drive. We opted to spend money on an Airbnb for comfort and space. We had some regrets on this decision given the length of our stay. Although the amenities were adequate and the location/space was lovely, it was not comfortable whatsoever. Do not let the pictures fool you. Each bed was very uncomfortable. We had to spend even more money to purchase a room at the hotel in order for my elderly parents to have adequate rest for the next day. This was my only yet biggest issue with this day. I have shared this with them as well, their response was a generated AI iMessage that apologized but did not provide any accountability or accommodation for the inconvenience. I pride myself in the fact that I am very easy-going and understand understanding, yet this response felt very impersonal and careless. Maybe this company is too busy for answering our needs, nevertheless I’ll never rebook.”airbnb

“Amazing photos to deceive you as all I can say. Find some place else. It smells, the ac doesn’t work, all the beds and pillows are covered in plastic so you sweat all night. Neighborhood is trash, and I’m not exaggerating on that. The house smells like Bigfoot's armpit and the beds are harder than the concrete driveway. This was the worst Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We had to abandon the upstairs king bed to sleep on the concrete full bed in the basement. I will never stay at this place again. And Airbnb is no longer a reliable platform after this one.”airbnb

“A/C didn’t work during our entire stay, even after constant promises that it would get repaired. The sofa belongs in a dumpster and doesn’t function. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was an absolute nightmare and our vacation was ruined by lack of sleep in a place that has no insulation and no working a/c in the middle of summer.”airbnb

“Good: ok location, quiet neighborhood, responsive host Bad: was offered a pack and play without a mattress for an infant to sleep in. After discussion with the host, they would not offer one. We had to buy it from amazon and ultimately left it at the house for future guests. Baby gate was broken. Can’t shower in the two showers at the same time as the water shifts from extremely cold to extremely hot. Creaky floors. Wall paint chipped throughout the house. Basement couch is pretty much broken. One of the steps leading to the basement is caved in. Water dispenser on fridge is broken - had to buy water bottles.”airbnb

“Horrible experience. When I arrived there was not enough towels, and dirty and wet laundry was left in the space that appeared to only have been spot cleaned. Notified them immediately, and would have only been a minor issue except for the fact that after reaching out 4 times over the span of 20 hours I was continually met with “we’ll get back with you shortly” and was never met with any actions to rectify the situation. Even offered to buy my own towels if they could just pick up the last guests’ dirty laundry, which they told me would not be picked up until the end of my week long stay. Airbnb support had me checkout after the first night due to the lack of action done to resolve the issue, but I was then charged a far higher nightly fee by the host for the first night than I had originally booked for. So overall, if booking here be prepared to have to resolve any issues you come across on your own as they are apparently unable or unwilling to help their guests!”airbnb
