“Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this AirBnB. The house itself is nice and has everything you might need - fridge with water/ice dispenser, modern tv’s, beds was comfortable and great location. However, the hot tub was out of service and we didn’t find out until the first day of our stay. That was the amenity that sold us on booking that particular place so make sure you ask if it was fixed if that’s important to you. There were a couple of other minor issues - the iron needs to be replaced and we saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter the morning we were leaving. Other than that, the place was spotless.”

“My scheduled dates changed and I wasn’t there for half the stay I paid for; host wouldn’t allow me to update my dates/price paid. Airbnb was noisy in the mornings, shared spaces, and unclean spaces- hair in the shower, etc. Overall the space was very nice and aesthetically pleasing, but there were several drawbacks and didn’t feel like what I paid was reflected in the space.”

“Overall, a great place to stay with family/friends. A few suggestions: provide a few more essentials in the kitchen, provide tissues in the bathrooms, provide more towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. Loved having access to a washer and dryer and appreciate that laundry detergent was provided. Sauna was great.”

“House layout and view is incredible. Did have an issue with booking on the pet fee side.”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had booked here and they canceled on me without warning an hour before check in. When I complained they said I could book it again without explaining why they cancelled to begin with. Against my better judgment I booked again for the same dates, when returning from a few errands at 8pm they deleted the code to enter from my messages and canceled again without telling me why. I called them, they spoke to me in the most disrespectful way matter saying they don’t care of me and my family is stranded and that it’s their right to cancel mid booking. When I asked their reasoning they had none other than the fact that they felt like it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They did nothing to make it up and felt no remorse.”

“The house is well decorated, charming and clean. They have stocked it with most everything you might need for a short stay. The only issues we encountered were not being able to find coffee/tea mugs or facial tissue anywhere. Those of us staying in the downstairs rooms sure would have appreciated use of the downstairs fridge but it is locked off without explanation. The woman who answered their phone simply stated "It's not for you." Plan accordingly if you have group dynamics that aren't exactly perfect for one shared kitchen/food storage space. I personally did not make use of the hot tub, but my coworkers enjoyed it nightly with no complaints. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. A short walk to restaurants and shops as well as public transit. I loved being able to hop on the bus and affordably ride to our convention downtown, while getting to take in parts of the city I otherwise would not have seen.”

“The place was nice and tge room was lovely. Just the cleaning lady was lying aboit our chrckout time. They said that we checkout 15 mins late but that's not whaat the timestamp said when I checkoit. It was 10:39 and not 11:15 like they said. The cleaning lady Celine also said that my daughter have a dog and cat with a kennel that left a scrstch on the four kitchen table chairs. Actually we only 1 dog ang doesn't have a kennel. They also menstioned at 11:15 they saw us leaving with a dog and cat and a kennel. Inspite that we left at 10:39 thats impossible that they saw us departing at 11:15.”

“Unreal to cancel at 7 at night on the day we are arriving. Never have had this happen ever before.”

“Place was just ok. Smaller than I expected and bedroom and restroom had centipede and bugs on floor and carpet. Parking is not convenient, only 9 spots outside and they are always taken, indoor garage is very small and a full size vehicle will barely fit with no room for error or you will damage vehicle or property. I had an emergency and could not arrive in check in day so I asked if they can move my days over one day so I wouldn’t loose a whole day of stay and they would not work with me and I ended up paying an extra day at full cost, I was very disappointed specially because the days were not booked by anybody else. I will not be coming back or booking that Airbnb again. On a good note the area it’s located is very nice and we did like that.”

“Amazing photos to deceive you as all I can say. Find some place else. It smells, the ac doesn’t work, all the beds and pillows are covered in plastic so you sweat all night. Neighborhood is trash, and I’m not exaggerating on that. The house smells like Bigfoot's armpit and the beds are harder than the concrete driveway. This was the worst Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We had to abandon the upstairs king bed to sleep on the concrete full bed in the basement. I will never stay at this place again. And Airbnb is no longer a reliable platform after this one.”
