“Nice location, and good spot for families”

“The Good: The apartment itself is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious enough to accommodate two couples comfortably. Things to Note: Climate Control: The AC had trouble keeping up in the heat. It stayed around 73°F at best and would climb to near 80°F during the day. Seating: There’s no 4-person dining table, just two barstools, which made group meals tricky. Noise & Area: A neighboring club creates noticeable evening noise (the host does provide earplugs). Paid parking adds a bit of hassle, and the immediate surrounding street didn't feel ideal for walking back late at night, so plan on taking rideshares. Unhoused individuals are abundant around the apartment. It's a nice space inside, but several external factors and comfort issues impacted the overall stay.”

“Very cool neighborhood. The house itself was nice, plenty of space. There was an ant infestation on one of the counters in the kitchen. The next day, after we applied ant gel, there was an infestation on an adjacent counter, the third day, moved to another counter. This ruined our experience, as we had hoped to cook most of our meals. There was literally not one spice in the house, not even salt and pepper. I will say that our concerns were listened to and on the third day, a large supply of spices were delivered to the home. By that time, we had purchased most of what we needed. We were told that pest control had been summoned. There was ant gel and ant spray under the kitchen sink, which we used abundantly. The fact that there were different types of ant repellants available on site led us to believe that they were aware a previous renter had experienced ant infestations. We tried to grill but the igniter switch did not work and there was no lighter anywhere in the house.”

“We had chosen this place for our annual gathering. The house was able to comfortably handle 9 adults and 5 kids with many king sized beds and rooms.”
