“WOW!! Such a beautiful & stylish home!! My family & I always spend Memorial Day weekend in Palm Springs and this time we decided to rent an AirBnB instead of a hotel. This home is so Mid-Century chic. Private pool with tall hedges, lots of space for activities, COMFY ASS BEDS OMG!! The home was clean, pristine and in a quiet neighborhood with a Vons nearby and only a short 10-13min drive to downtown Palm Springs strip. The host left clear & concise instructions and they were VERY proactive to address any concerns/questions. The fire pit wasn’t working one night and the property manager Imad showed up right away and had the issue fixed I. Under 30mins. He even brought over some Starbucks coffee pods for my wife when we told him there was no coffee in the house. Top Notch Service!! This owner REALLY cares that the guests has a fabulous time and feel safe & secure in the home. Our kids cried when we had to leave. Honestly, my wife & I did too, we didn’t want to leave. Perfect Home!!!!!”airbnb

“Our family planned a quick get away to Seattle. We found this listing and decided to go for it. Boy are we are happy we did! The location is great, right on the sound, close to Pikes Place and the downtown area of Seattle, near wonderful restaurants and sights. We were able to easily walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and all around the area. The unit was clean and well maintained and parking was on site. Our host was easy to communicate with when we had questions.”airbnb

“Great communication, great space, had most of the essentials & were kind enough to reimburse me for an essential item or two that i needed! The off-street parking is fantastic, so is the outdoor space- and the ability to walk out the front or out of the alley was super helpful. I stayed a week and a half - good walking distance to a lot of cute places. 10/10 would stay again!”airbnb

“This was the perfect place for my occasion. The host were exceptionally nice, proactive and responsive! The house is spotless, modern & gave me the comfortable home feel, AND THE AC WORKED! My only complaint is the fire alarm went off like 5 times a day from the shower or my hair hot tools and the hot tub was more like warm bath water than hot. Overall great place, i think adding an iron would be my single recommendation!”airbnb

“Really a lovely space that was great for my friends and I for a getaway weekend. Beds were super comfy and there are so many nice spaces for private time as well as shared group time. We were a bit disgruntled with the pool heating. It never seemed to turn on (kept triggering a fault when we tried to turn it on) appearing that it was out of operation yet we were still charged the $100 a day for heating the pool. Would really like this rectified since the policy in the listing seems to be that the charge stands even if the pool heat didn’t work but it appears it was 1.) never turned in and/or 2.) has a fault that it can’t work.”airbnb

“When you first walked into the condo it smelled, I assumed at that point it was locked up and needed airing out, but after a couple days I noticed the downstairs master really smelled and noticed dehumidifiers and air purifiers, which put me at unease since they were not doing the job. As a retired general contractor I realize there was more of an issue of moisture or mold, so I asked for a refund and to move. I had to go through finding a remediation company to come in, I certainly didn't want to have the same one that they hired before that didn't fix the problem and finally was allowed out of the lease and fortunately given a refund. Then my car was towed, not to my error, I had the parking pass on the dash and they didn't bother looking obviously. I'm out $600 on the car tow and it wasn't my fault, no refund yet. It is also close to the hwy 5, so you get a lot of noise from the traffic. I'm sure I'll receive a bad review now, being how this site operates, but I'm honest!”airbnb
