“All the reviews are accurate! This home was just perfect for everything we wanted! The location is AMAZING!! Such a fun little walk to the beach! The neighborhood felt very safe, as did the neighborhoods leading to the beach. Walked to Cafe Elysa for a fun breakfast! Plenty of space inside the house. Great parking spot in the driveway. Beds were comfortable. Train noises weren’t a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again! The best part was the exceptional communication with the staff! They were FANTASTIC!! Immediately responded to every single message I sent them. And so friendly and kind! Thank you!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was phenomenal, we were able to walk to the beach and Carlsbad Village. We felt perfectly safe and the house provided everything we needed. One thing I wish was more clearly outlined was the fact that there’s no AC. They do provide fans and we kept windows open, but even when the highs were only in the high 70s, the house still got very warm (thermostat was reading 82) and we had a really hard time being comfortable and sleeping at nights. We had to spend the vast majority of our time in the backyard because the house was way too hot, and we’re from Phoenix so we’re used to the heat! If you go when the outdoor temps are cooler, this house would be great.”

“Absolutely beautiful place! The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful and the perfect place to take pictures during golden hour. The ocean waves gave such a relaxing ambiance and most places to eat or shop were within walking distance. The only adjustment we had to make was getting used to the humidity in August, although it was cool in the morning and evening time, the afternoon was a little uncomfortable but the place had a ton of fans to keep us comfy.”
