“The description is accurate for this vacation stay. Close to the public beach access, you can walk there in 5 minutes. Clean and comfortable. If cooking plan to buy or bring spices, flour, etc. Pans, plates, utensils are provided. As others have mentioned, the train horn signal is to be expected! Nice neighborhood, off street parking was a big plus. Patio seating to enjoy the outside. A lot of reasons to enjoy this property.”

“Loved the location. The decor was great, cool and homey! The privacy was awesome. Even though we could hear the train it was not intrusive. Great place for a family or a couple. TV options were were ample for kids and adults. It was great to have our family over for dinner and our grandsons spend the night. When teenagers think it’s a cool place to hang out you‘re a winner! Hopefully this house is available for our next visit. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The home worked perfectly for our family of four- the beach was a short walk, all beach accessories were conveniently provided along with a wagon, the sandbox was a great feature to keep our kiddos playing when we were home, and they had a nice variety of cookware (I was especially happy to use the cast iron pans). Only thing I would note, is that the indoor shower is pretty small- that said, we’re not petite people and we’ve come to expect small showers when visiting vintage houses that maintain much of the original features- which I did love! For example the vintage door handles were darling! The original wood panel closets and the wood ceiling were addition features that I admired. All said it was a great trip and they were great hosts!”
