“Clean, modern and recently updated (May 2026). Love being secluded by trees/bushes in the middle of down. Short walking distance from all the restaurants. Would go again.”

“Great ocean view. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunsets, Great wild life. Can walk to all restaurants. Sweet little Carlsbad Village town. Condo- old, run down. Excessive noise, steep driveway, 3 sets of stairs to get to and leave the unit. 17 stairs to get to and back from dumping trash. There is active rats in garage & they got into my engine. Last minute notice of water shut off from 8am-5pm 3 days in a row. Maintenance using electric drills and saws on wood balconies and windows for over a week. Can hear neighbors shutting doors, walking, opening sliding door, baby crying, and loud music both upstairs and next door. I would not come here in the summer months. Not quiet and relaxing. High schoolers hang out and completely take over the strip of beach right under the unit. Loud music, cussing, screaming, and just not relaxing at all. Football and kite came into the patio! Worst Airbnb experience I have ever had & I paid over $24,000 to stay 6 weeks. Painful!”
