“There are an overwhelming number of rules, notifications, and warnings before and during our stay. First up are the forms to fill out before you arrive which required the license plate of our rental car which we wouldn’t know until wthe morning of our arrival so couldn’t fill out the form. Then there were the WARNINGS and NOTICES about the procedures for their parking garage & you will be FINED if you don’t comply. And if you forget, just look at the WARNINGS & NOTICES plastered around the condo. YOU WILL BE WATCHED to make sure you follow the rules. But don’t relax yet — Upon check in, the first thing you are advised to do is look around the condo and report anything that is broken because you will be FINED for damages! There’s no coffee in the condo, something which is generally provided in most Airbnbs. There’s a sign saying food items are compliments of the host. Obviously it’s just random things left by other guests and most is expired by a year! Condo is tired, needs a refresh.”
