“Great spot!! It's my 3rd trip to Delaware and my family's 2nd. This rental was a close drive to Bethany Beach & Boardwalk, Fenwick Island and a beautiful Nature Preserve, Rehoboth Beach and Tanger Outlets (no longer than 20 minutes). Quiet home. Carpeted bed rooms, stairs and upstairs hallway. If you're looking for a pet friendly stay, I highly recommend this home.”

“The house was nice. Close to beach. Great place to stay. However, our refrigerator did not work correctly. We lost all our perishable food. Had to replace. Had to leave family activities to meet with repair men often. Had to live out of coolers with ice. It was quite a hassle. No compensation for lost food, time spent dealing with issue or sheer struggling with the issue.”

“Crown jewel of Bethany is the right name for this house. Great house, feels new, and in great shape. Lots of rooms, beds, bathrooms. Walkable to beach and downtown within 5 min.”

“This home had some great features spacious peaceful and colorful. My main problem was the kitchen and amenities. No working microwave, therefore no working stove vent, no hot pads, no colander, no cutting boards. The dishes chipped, pans beat up and silverware in bad shape. The stove was filthy. Terrible for a home that cost for a week almost $6,000. They did replace the microwave on Monday night so the first three days no microwave. We told them about the other missing items but never replaced them. We ended up buying items for our week. If they go to a store like Target…buy a good set of pans etc it will be a lovely stay. Trevor and team did replace the microwave late on Monday night. The instructions need help for instance it didn’t explain how and where you can use the beach parking pass. It’s a gorgeous yard, house and location. We love Bethany and besides the above issues we had a great vacation.”

“This is our third year renting the same property. We love the house and the location! It’s great to have all the amenities the Beach Club offers as well as the proximity to all the other beach areas! My only suggestion for this trip is to make sure the back patio and furniture are cleaned- we couldn’t really enjoy the area. Thanks!”

“Location, location, location! If you are okay with having folks around, you can’t beat the walk ability of this spot! Next door neighbors are ice cream, popcorn, tacos, candy, mini golf, coffee, go karting… and so on and so on! You are the little house amongst all the action! One blcok from the beach too. The house itself is very cute and well decorated. the outdoor shower was such a bonus and the front patio was great for keeping things like bikes. We did have trouble with our A/C, the shower drain, the bathtub and we were required to put on our own sheets? I’ve never had to do that before at an air bnb and it’s not easy to make multiple bunk beds! This was disappointing. Also check out required stuffing the sheets back into little plastic bags? No… not me…not for what you are paying. The owners were slow to respond about the issues but between the location + the vibes, this house was a win. Just wish a few things were taken care of better! Fenwick rules.”

“The place is close to the beach (5 min driving).. We didnt have a chance to use the pool but it was good to have the option. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We liked the decoration and open space on the first floor. The main issue we had was that the pack 'n play was dusty and did not have padding or a mattress. Children are not secondary guests and it felt like no thought had been given to this even though our reservation stated we had a toddler with us. We initially tried using the extra pillows in the closet as padding but they were so dusty we had to pivot. The AC didn't seem to be working upstairs when we got there. We sent a message but didnt get a response until the next day because no one responds to after hours messages. The shades in the main bedroom let so much light in, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The carpet needs to be renewed. The furniture and baths upstairs were dated. Great location but we wouldn't stay here again.”

“Overall good a few sour notes. First, Airbnb offers a full refund within first 24 hours of booking and then a 50% refund after that, but the host didn't offer their rental agreement until after the 24 hours. This meant that if we did not want to sign the agreement for conditions in it that we didn't like, we'd have to forfeit 50% of our money. The contract did contain things we didn't like but we signed in the end. Second was communication. The host hinted at early checkin if we asked the day of our trip. I reached out at 7:15 AM, 9:45 AM, and 10:30 asking about early checkin and only then did they respond saying we could come 2 hours earlier. No midtrip checkins. House rules were in a binder in the house and stated we could not lower the AC below 74 degrees or we would disable the AC which was very annoying. Clean up was also tedious - washing and putting away dishes and stripping beds and placing in containers. Would have preferred just running dishwasher and stripping beds”

“We loved our stay here in this Condo, it was gorgeous, clean, and a great view of the beach! My truly only complaint is when going on vacation, it would be nice not to have to put on my own sheets! We never mind cleaning up after ourselves, or removing the linens, but to get there after a long drive with our baby to put on bed sheets was annoying, otherwise beautiful place with great amenities and an easy 15 min walk to the boardwalk.”

“Just I want to say that we are not happy because we couldn't use the swimming pool because we had to pay extra money.”
