Staff was friendly and helpful - my son forgot an item well after checkout and someone on staff made an extreme effort to meet with us so we could retrieve our item before heading back home (even though she wasn’t technically suppose to be there on a weekend). “Extended family came together to celebrate Christmas this year in Bethany. As no one has a house large enough for 10+ people, we truly appreciated the space and accommodations that this house provided. We prepare the Italian traditional meal of the seven fishes. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to serve up these dishes, as well as bowls of pasta and plates of desserts. The dining table in the great room is a magnificent piece of furniture that allowed all of us to sit and eat together quite comfortably. Bedding and linens were supplied as promised. My only complaint of the visit is that it went by so quickly!”

“Our family enjoyed the house and the area. With the exception of a few minor details about a few of the appliances, everything was fine. I would recommend the house, if you have a large gathering. I would use Choice Properties again in the future.”

“This property is amazing. It’s right next to the bear trap clubhouse so the location is perfect. Checkin was very easy and the place was much bigger than expected. It was extremely worth it”

“The house was a great size for our group. The comforters were stained and old looking. The linen rental package wasn’t top of the line. We were only started with two rolls of TP which seems a bit ridiculous and cheap for a five bathroom house.”
