“Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood, clean and spacious, as was described in the listing. A very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Bethany beach the nearest to the house was a little crowded to our liking so we went to Fenwick Island State Park instead which was really good, a 20 to 30 minutes drive depending on traffic which mostly was normal. We were 10 people, overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay.”

“Community and house were beautiful. We loved the area. However in the house, TVs did not work, ignite switches in gas stove did not work. Also the pass to get in pool did not work. I had four disappointed grandchildren. 1st Choice Properties were great helping us through our first experience with Airbnb.”
