“A nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Plenty of room in the house. Perfect for our dog. A/C works great. We stay here every 4th of July when its available. We suggest putting blinds in the bedrooms upstairs though due to it being not dark enough to sleep in in the mornings. Nice place otherwise!”

“DO NOT RENT. This property is entirely unfit for guests. Upon arrival, we discovered neither of the showers worked they soaked all the floorsand sprayed everywhere, and the dishwasher was broken andhad 2 inches of grey stinky water in it. Multiple doors throughout the house did not function, including a the basement bathroom that resulted in my son being locked inside the basement bathroom. Furthermore, the bedrooms lacked privacy curtains and could not sleep past the sun rise also allowing neighbors to see directly inside the bedroomwhen walking out of the shower.Despite bringing these major safety and habitability issues to the host's attention immediately, they were never fixed. The host repeatedly lied and made empty promises to resolve the problems during our entire stay. Renters beware: this listing is completely mismanaged and unsafe for privacy and any comfort"”

“Great neighborhood in Cheyenne with a wonderful yard for dogs! My show dog loved it. I would give it a 5 star except for a couple small things: I think the carpet could stand to be upgraded and the laundry sink cleaned (I didn’t even notice until the last day.) Overall a peaceful and comfortable place to stay during the dog show.”

“The house was very eclectic, lots of space, nice big backyard, lots of parking and a big kitchen. The managing party was responsive to messages but nothing ever actually got resolved. The comforters on the beds were wet the first night, the jack and jill shower diverter didn’t work, had hair in the tub and the door didn’t work right so it leaked constantly. The house had an old smell to it and the internet signal was so weak, we couldn’t have two computers on at the same time. I was thanked for providing information but nobody was ever sent to the house to fix anything. This house is older but in a great neighborhood and could be a real steal with some work.”
